As per the portfolio, its your duty to keep the ones who are unable to perform within the rules and regulations of Pakistan (not as per LFO), or who try to cross the limits set by the same rules. I appreciate if it is in the broader interest of the nation and the country.
Followings are the areas of concerns in respect of law and order and reference may please be filed against the responsibles:
1. The Government Officers who are involved in corruption and getting un-due facilities.
2. Un-due profiteering in sugar during the FY 2006-07.
3. Un-due raise of prices of medicines especially by Glaxo Smith Kline.
4. Un-due profiteering in rice during the FY 2006-07.
5. In-ability to perform at required level by Food Department to control daily use food items’ quality and prices.
6. False raise in the prices of lands and buildings of different societies and then reduction of land prices after earning enormous profits.
7. Killings on 12th May in Karachi as Government has the duty to safe-guard its citizen.
8. Responsible to sell Steel Mill less than its land price.
9. Responsible for persons missing.
10. Kidnappers of Mr Iqbal Qazmi from Karachi.
11. Those don’t pay due taxes.
12. Those don’t return borrowed money.
13. Those business lending direct or in-direct money to customers on higher interests than allowed by the State Bank of Pakistan.
14. Those who are involved in reduction of Rupee value as and when required, because rupee cannot be de-valued as per Government of Pakistan Rules.
15. Responsible for food inflation.
16. Responsible for the export of food items and forcing the Nation to purchase on higher prices.
17. Super-imposing of self desired rules & regulations over the Rules & Regulations of Pakistan.
18. The MNA’s & MPA’s who sell and re-sell and re-sell themselves in return of huge money.
19. any other are which you find and is not in the list mentioned above.

Government has taken the right action in the wrong way. No one is above accountability including the CJP, but all the hue and cry is due to the mishandling of the issue.
Now for this second reference, government shouldnt mishandle the issue.
