Too Little, Too Late
By Muskan Hina • Jun 1st, 2009 • Category: Politics • 6 CommentsMillions upon Millions of people have left their homes in FATA and Swat and are now haplessly knocking on the doors of Punjab and Sindh, while overwhelming majority of them is straying in the NWFP. The prime reason of their displacement is the America’s presence in the Afghanistan. Both America and Taliban are responsible for the sufferings of the people of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
To ease the sufferings of these people, Pakistan’s own limited resources are not simply enough. Pakistan needs the help of the world. So far pledges and promises are huge and tall, while the aid reaching to the Internally Displaced People is very meager. Pakistan based welfare organizations are doing their best, but their resources are also ver few. The foreign-funded NGOs are simply basking over their newly found dollars and their cosmetics measures are making little impact.
Maybe the coffers of the rulers and the NGOs are getting full rapidly, but the mass exodus of the people from the Malakand Agency is far more grave and great than the aid received. It’s the need of the hour that the Pakistani leadership should make the aid distribution transparent and the donors should keep the check and follow their aid from end to end.

We all know very well about the real performance of Zardari and Co so how do you accept more then their corrupt capacity.They know very well that they are here for short duration.If Musharf and his team was cursed by a small localized attack on lal masjid incident then thinking of long tenure of zardari group is more disastrous for our stablity than before.
PPP has badly fallen its repute first by retrieving from judicial stand then on open corruption scandals which are sharply increasing with the passage of time and now on this war and related issues.
340,0000 people are displaced, how many died in this operation ,no body knows but coming time will bring more tragic stories for us and we should started our work on extreme humanitarian basis as this is only way to cool down people’s sentiment for their army, govt and then on talibans.
The operation cannot go forever. The sooner the political forces come into play, the better for us and for our friends.

Pure land of Pakistan was always in forefront of Islam. It is the first country to protest Danish cartoons.Even alquaeda bombed Danish embassy in Islamabad but not in other OIC countries like UAE,Saudi arabia,Egypt,Malaysia etc.
Today your nation is asking Americans for help for IDPs.Why? what happenned to the petro dollars?Even during J&K earthquake, Americans provided maximum help but you hate Americans for helping Israel. Why?

Trapped in swat with no edibles, gas, electricity, medicine and water; shut in homes with fear to when be bombed or beheaded! When I concentrate in a tiny break of nerves penetrating mortars, jet fighter’s, and heavy artillery’s shells, I can hear the lamentation of parents helpless to provide food and cure to their loved once: the dying pregnant women! Heart patients! Appendix pains! The cries and shrieks of injured, the pale faces the broken lips, horror in eyes; the agonies, the bloodshed…. With no help from any side, locked in homes by curfew, suddenly a mortar shell bursts and ends it all! Or a Talib enters with frown face, riffle in hand and a keen dagger beheading humans like cutting crops or reminds me of dark age when men were used to be sacrificed to make an evil God happy! It seems like even God is pretending, “I am not aware of this at all” And here lie we the people of swat!! Hopeless of every power and help, I came out to my lawn to look at the branches where I use to enjoy the nightingale’s song, but the leaves quivered with the Bunker Buster; and the birds sing no more, the truth is there are no birds any more: people are starving to death so do the town pets. What creature are these veiled in masks, I can see evil in their beast like eyes and their forehead frowned, unaware of reason or logic but licensed to kill: who brain washed them? Can’t they think that thousands years ancient codes can’t be applied today? And if human is Godly production or by chance is it reasonable to argue it? Why not struggle for peace and justice? I think it will look very strange and evil if I apply Hammurabi’s code today, “Tooth for a tooth and eye for an eye” or cut the hand of a thief! I appeal to the scholars of the world please enlighten the world that religion is a code applied by scholars, or prophets if people say; to civilize human by applying peace and justice in society, lest they kill each other for food and goods. We are still those primitive tribes men killing each other but our needs this time is larger then that, no more difference; the books that we study are not applied to the states so how civilized? I appeal to the powers of the world, “please stop using religion as a tool to boost economy, and as political propaganda. I request the powerful nations please don’t start another world war for the sake of boosting economy, selling arms and ammunitions, stealing other’s countries wealth, building and destroying super powers and implementing third world order. If this money be used for encouraging people to get education and to struggle for the hanged idea of global village will stabilize the world and through education peace and justice people will come to know that human is an evil and God himself; both qualities or powers lie in him and is in his powers whom to polish and practice. Mark my words only education is the way not decoy extremists to provoke extremists to be trashed. Lets join hands to make this world a living place to live, lets preach people that God is not in heavens but inside you and needs to be polished, and love of nature needs to be practiced. if these wars didn’t stop this will put an end to the world through global cold war, and lethal weapons will put an end to human race and no favourable conditions will be left for new creation. Lets kill this religious ego and class war, lets teach people by practicing ourselves that no matter what cast or religion we have our motto must be one “ peace and justice, love and creativity”

Your pain is true and people who are really seeing the misiries of IDPs and locals can under stand the height of deprivation of our swatis who were already victims of poor management of establishment for last 10 years.
why this war had become indispensables for them in one of thickly populated area.Can they perform same kind of operation in karachi or south of Punjab where one can find more criminals and religious fanatics in thousands of medressahs than whole swat valley.
Interior Sindh from sukkhur to larakna is almost a danger zone for almost 15 years .here dacoits have taken control of this area where kidnappers paid killers,gang rapists all are sheltered by some specific gangs under our popular political characters.Here rangers cover up is mandatory in night traveling and this course of actions is being continued for many many years. last years two rangers officers were also kidnapped and released after months may be after ransom deals.
I am just reading the expenses of this operation Rahe rasit
till now we spent 600 million dollar(50 bn rupees) and if it will continue for more two weeks the target of expenditure would be increased to 120 billion rupees(1.5bn$).
Alas! if we spent half of this money to swat development program just 5 years before there will no growth of talibanic characters in these areas.
there would have been no fanatic breed who consider fazal ullah or sufi mohamed as their true leaders.
From this money we can make power plants here that are enough for the requirement of whole swat for next 10 years.
From this money we can touch the excellence of tourism,mining,trade and agriculture as its popular industries which was their utmost right as innocent citizens of Pakistan.
Now whole swat has shown the scenes of war as aerial bombing has destroyed all that would take another 50 years to built it again.
But all has gone wasted now more loans ,piles of dead bodies,lost crops and rubbles of war have become symbol of one of our vivacious valley.

I was shocked when I hared about the black water in Pakistan and its new name is ex. The Ex done its worst role in Iraq now it is working in Pakistan too. .the responsibility of this organization is to get investigation from the important leaders of Alquida and Taliban. Its way of investigation is very critical .many people had killed by this organization .the organization fixed many retired army men to target power less Asian countries? Now its plan is also to destruct the first Muslim atomic power Pakistan.
It is working by the help of super power and exploiting our own people against our country as they did same role in Iraq.
Pakistani leader ship showed that they have no any threat from this organization because they are getting huge amount from the super power. Pakistani Politicians denied their presence in the country but they are cheating their own country .this is so sad now enough is enough they are also agents of super power.
We have not our fundamental rites. what is our Govt doing for us where is help from the super power, where is aid for the poor people, where is education in the country if we look around us we will found just poverty, unemployment, suicides, shortage of meal, shortage of sugar, corruption of politicians, extra ordinary visits of foreign countries and fail leader ship very unpopular president and large number of cabinet but no any improvement, no development no well infrastructure.
What is going around us if we have good institution but no well trained teachers, if we have skills no any opportunity to polish it, if we are qualified no will select on merit but if our relative are in politics then we can run by them other vise our degree is power less.
Unemployment on the raise and black water decided to exploit our young men they are issuing their forms and obviously they will accept huge offer.Govt should express the facts to the public and define what is going here and should stop the Black water.
This rubber stamp parliament and unpopular president should play vital role to rebuild this country and take every step with high confidence of its public. And take strong decisions to stop foreign hands from the country.
This is fact that if we have rules people will obey us but If we will ignore than we will obey others.
