Serious efforts need to be initiated. Why do we have to blame every cause and happening to America. Why cant we, account our, traditional attitude? None of the field that is an all-time essentiality has critically been observed by our rulers, class bearer and responsible. What’s the point of getting and indulging oneself in to the policy and dictation? We can have our own way of expression and assimilation of suggestion as mandatory call reflects your own failure, due to weaknesses.

What are these weaknesses that have taken all of us to face such turmoil? Why can’t we as a nation, counter the platform of ideas and relief, on our terms and conditions. Why these unwanted issues that was never the part and parcel of this country became a menace. Pakistan was always, being agricultural state, self sufficient. It is all because of continuous negligence ,by the way attitude ,segregation ,inattentiveness, loss of merit and qualification, sacrifices and rewards in the name of politics as incentives, internal conflictions external aggression and enemy lust ,quota ,distorted education ,judicial and law enforcing institution, excessive manipulation of establishment ,with multiple dictator ship reign with failure to scrutinize, rebuild ,reforms ,modernization ,experts withdrawal ,and self sighted and ignorant behavior of every individual at their occupying place of sites and scenes. No research whatsoever, never been conducted neither methods to ensure upgrading ever initiated.

Agricultural domain has always been the recipe and cake for the feudal. Runners and improvement in every such field were through the out dated concept of farmers and their siblings. Minimal interest and enthusiastic lust for the outcome in the form of return has always been the priority. Segregation and dismantling the qualification in the name of quota and execution of merit as crude measure are the turmoil that has to be bear now. Research, post graduation, statistics ,forecast, maneuvering and highlighting upcoming threats ,modes to encounter disaster, planning ,consumption requirement ,needed reserves, precautionary measures, have never been topic of our interest .

Our ability to scrutinize and look critically has been transformed and is only utilized in the field of politics. Our essential answerable requirements are who will be the next prime minister? What does America want? Is he a Muslim or non Muslim? Will America attack Pakistan? Why don’t we come out of our own circle thoughts and thinking. Personnel conflicts and ideas have taken over the element of responsibilities. Expressing the opinion as the only method to be adopted is a real bias attitude. Discussing things that has hardly a hand full of leisure and weight age on the life of individual is the topic of the major population.

Disclosing and floating the disgusting and demurral issues with experts’ comments has become the most transitive disorder. Spectacular visits and commentary are appreciated on scandalous topic although every individual is aware of the threats and failure.

Criticizing and expressing without suggesting the share of thoughts as a relief measure, we all close the discussion seemingly and advising that concerned should take action. Are we in a habit to depute and formulate plan and provision, with people who yet to get a qualification, so to enter in to the ruing class? Time will not spare and let you away from these upcoming threats. What is seen, understood and in run, is the reality. Now, events demand, sensible and impactful action and measures, so to initiate at large urgently, and with courage and loyalty.

Why are we still unaware? Do you really think that people with such profile and back up knowledge and all times feudal and political goons can really get you out of this crisis? If yes, I would suggest, packing your bag packs, it’s almost over. The twister is turning in to tornado and is ready to strike us all with a force which can not be bear by such insane and unqualified personalities. There will be some place left for you, but, I really desire, that, place for my children. We got to give and request this subject with in the community, to the persons who can manage and plan this threat by virtue of their advance knowledge and statistical analysis and fore casting and capabilities.

Please stand together, create a platform unanimously, and disengage elements of selfishness, caste cadre, rivalry. We will have more times for leisure if we and our generation survive. Implement the thought so to overcome by force and with due reliability and concerned. Let democracy prevail. Politics and decision making, on such issues be transformed in to force of implementation and execution, whereas, while sitting at the highest offices, services of expert with specialized knowledge be utilized without caste cadre, belongings and provincialism.

Only cumulative forces in the form of Expertise, qualification, and professionalism, can retaliate and cross this nation through the wave of darkness and anarchy. There is still some time left to bring life from irreversible loss. Let’s stand together, and uplift the flag of unity, faith and discipline, forgetting provincialism, cast, cadre, religion and fate. I close my discussion with the theme and central idea, to the honorable people of the nation and rulers that, “If people are seemingly looking at you for their relief and necessity, it’s an award that has been granted to you by your almighty”.
