Sheikh Rashid Deceives Dr. Kamal of Jamat e Islami

By Dr. Hassan Isfahani • Jan 12th, 2010 • Category: Politics • 3 Comments

When the by elections were scheduled last time in NA-55 constituency of Rawalpindi, Awami Muslim League’s chairman Sheikh Rashid Ahmed met with the leaders of JI and promised them that he wouldn’ t contest elections if JI placed it’s own candidate.

Now as the Apex Court has ordered the by elections in this constituency on 24th February this year, JI has also nominated Dr. Kamal from this constituency and now Sheikh Rashid has refused to keep his promise. Sheikh has even gone to other extreme and met with Fazlur Rehman to garner votes from JUI-F.

But Still, it’s near to impossible that Sheikh Rashid wins from this area. His race is for number 2 or number 3 position in the upcoming elections. Malik Shakeel Awan is the obvious winner from PML-N. Though he is not that famous but he is active in the area for a long time and above all the actual votes from this area belong to Nawaz Sharif.

  1. Dr don’t you have something better to do than post this rubbish? Are you really a doctor?

  2. @Umair01

    Doctor of rubbish.

  3. The February 24th election is going to wipe out all hypocrite politicians who are exploiting the sentiments of the innocent people of Rawalpindi for their vested interests. Now nation has woke up and they are not going to opt for these hypocrites of PML-N, PPP and the “Farzand-e-Nala Lai”. Now it’s the time for a positive change and Imran Khan is going to bring this revolution.
Ijaz Khan Jazi–PTI candidate has taken room in the hearts of the people of Pindi and he is going to win this election with clear majority. This will be the first step towards the revolution in the country in order to fulful the dreams of Jinah and Iqbal.
