“I, WITNESS YOU GOD”

(In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, ………)

“I ………………, ………………….., …………, do solemnly swear that I will bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan and uphold the constitution of the Islamic republic of Pakistan which embodies the will of the people, that I will not engage myself in any political activities what so ever and that I will honestly and faithfully serve in the Pakistan army (or navy or air force) as required by and under the law”.

These are the words and the contents of military sworn, as is being laid down in constitution (the book been given weight age after Qoran in Islamic republic of Pakistan) and are being signed and followed by declaration as Muslim. Similar sworn in the highest office of the country as is laid down in constitution is,

“I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear that I am a Muslim and believe in the Unity and Oneness of Almighty Allah, the Books of Allah, the Holy Qoran being the last of them, the Prophet hood of Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the last of the Prophets and that there can be no Prophet after him, the Day of Judgment, and all the requirements and teachings of the Holy Quran and Sunnah:

That I will bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan:

That, I will discharge my duties, and perform my functions, honestly, to the best of my ability, faithfully in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the law, and always in the interest of the sovereignty, integrity, solidarity, well-being and prosperity of Pakistan:

That I will strive to preserve the Islamic Ideology which is the basis for the creation of Pakistan:

That I will not allow my personal interest to influence my official conduct or my official decisions:

That I will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic ofPakistan:

That, in all circumstances, I will do right to all manner of people, according to law, without fear or favor, affection or ill-will:

And that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as President of Pakistan, except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as President.

[May Allah Almighty help and guide me (Amen).]”.

Although we all have gone through the text of the matter multiple times and perhaps nobody in the contest of defining oath, whether educated or not, can get away by saying unfamiliarity with the means and limitation of the substance, but, keeping apart the discussion of the means and its resonance and summarizing, to define in a lay men view, but as the dictionary decides,

“Its a formal or legally binding pledge, to do some thing ,often naming god or a loved ones as witness”.

The statuary to undertaking oath and affirmation shares and hold as per requirements of, positions ,the offices and the organizational need, in governmental and non governmental institutions and is vested in law, as the essential and obligatory requirement , within the different jurisdictions of appointments and circumstantial requirements and sectors .

This is to qualifying the requisites parameters and limitations of desired manifesto, legal abidance , constitutional and legal requirements, loyalties and many folds essential Para and contest ,in order to submit, in the form of sworn or oaths or declaration, prior to holding the responsibilities and assignments, so to curtail and reinforce the faith , trustworthiness and obligations ,for exercising the power, as conferred by delegation in lieu of appointment and thus, holding the individual to vest all personnel favors and priority over the functionary details, before taking the responsibility .

Precisely culminating the above reference to the contest, “it is the agreement being witnessed by the almighty after affirmation and declaration as follower and believer of Qoran, shariah and Sunnah”.

However traditionally observing , sworn , could not create the essence and substance of faith and belief in our system of constitution and ideology and above all, emblem as Muslim follower and bearer of Qoran and Sunnah, thereby defying Islamic elements of insignia, not in front of our people, but in front of other nations as well, who are continuously researching and scrutinizing the Islamic ideology with particular emphasis to our nation and turn up giving a negative feedback, as to the moral and behavioral character of Muslim as community and believers .

The attitude of defiance and practices of breach has totally transformed the dimensions of our nature to react ,remove and demolish the ill factor, whereas on the other hand infact, had innerted the culprit by providing the media and space to culture on the ground of our untoward motionless, masked and frozen response to react and reply ,thus giving a way out to continue the fault by virtue of ,ignoring and initiation of accountability on these so called Muslims .

Simulating the content of oath to the present Moron of the highest offices and their role to withstand the declaration in this regard, it is observed that none has proved to be appreciated as the contestant and man of words. Where as, the level of expertise to with stand even after the abolishment of trust worthiness has not even improved but has infact gain and rectified the requisite criteria and inertia required as momentum to withstand the issue. This moronic quality as a part of innate character, although inherited in these individuals, moreover, has access to the support by the insane people of our nation, like always, in the shape of untoward, un concerned and “happy go lucky” attitude, who are now just a few degrees in qualifying to be declared as the actual class mates of insanity, lunacies and disorientation.

Observing the state and the art of state affairs and, of course, the ways to handle the legacies and finest decisions with reference to these office bearer, an overwhelming threat to quantify our future has developed, so as to take initiative, before these rebels and pirates may completely abolish and hijacked the system and society, by their immoral un trustworthy and falsehood charactering and lust, to hold the fort of finest offices by hook and by crook ,scarifying and sending aside all the norms and protocols as honorable citizen, Muslim and above all human .

Being aware of bureaucracy by virtue of my honor to go through same system of ceremonial oath as defenders and ex-service men, and perhaps due to same brought up being in conductivity as part of grooming, in the contest through similar environment, from my father and his constitutional appointment, I can very well imagine and realize the threat that is running along side, with this consensual line, drawn by these stale appointment seekers and our irresponsible people.

I being part of the system reserve the rights to plead and act to hurdle and reinforce the deranging offices and system, to the extent that is being permitted to me in lieu, and under commemoration to the authority granted under constitution as citizen of Pakistan .

This is the core of responsibility to be realize at this hour of disaster not only by those who are under the ceremonials affirmation but also by these who has taken the theme in any other form ,whether professional ,legislator or in constitutional capacities .The same is to be seconded by the people of nation to self represent, by presently and subjecting them selves intentionally and deliberately, to the text of oath and to swear witnessing god, so to act and react in any circumstances, which creates hazards, to sovereignty, nation ,system and designs. This will be the self accountability and self assessment and appraisal of the people, as part and parcel of citizen of Pakistan thereby, sharing their way to uphold the nation, constitutions and legacies by bleeping, disembarking and boarding out these stringent from community belongings.

Time has reached its destiny and mortal years are passing to endorse its image as fate .Only revolutionary changes with intense and forceful thrust can revert and uplift system to the position of correct bearing.

Our office bearer although have failed to respond in an appropriate and required manner, keeping and regarding what has been submitted in the form of declaration but the process of continuous negligence has reverted on itself in the form of final show cause to rectify and to initiate deserving and necessary action .

These actions, although were required and in demand to be instituted as per curriculum a well ahead of time, nevertheless motion being in conductivity by the present chief of army staff, general kiani, receives full credit to be tagged as the right move of the time and the only man with an honor and dignity and requisite profile to be declared in a real sense as, the defender. However, though late, do signify the aptitude and exemplified contemporary behavior, as compared to the same office bearer that were previously in succession. The intensity and retrieval of lost honor, though expected to be a slow process, for things are deranged in almost irreparable mode, however, the threshold of amplitude and thrust in a sustainable manner will definitely recoil to help the nation out of this anarchy and hopelessness.

We as a citizen of Pakistan hope and see forward, and pray the almighty that the direction of his move in order to stabilize and guard, be in righteous and memorable way and be backed by god and his prophet (PBUH),without the influence of mass, matter or means and mischief .
