Post 12th May Scenario

The deadlock between PML-N and PPP still persists on the restoration of judges and there is no chance of further meeting in London between the leadership of both the parties. As was expected, from the onset the futility of London negotiations were obvious to all and Nawaz Sharif initially tried to avoid the useless meetings but then Shahbaz Sharif facilitated some marathon spells of talks, but in vain.

The PML-N strategy after the 12th May is as follows, in the words of Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan: “We are fighting for a principle and have decided to forgo the cabinet portfolios to uphold it. This is what people at large had voted for. We will sacrifice even the Punjab government if we have to for our demand for the return of the deposed judges. If the Punjab government remains intact, well and good, but if it goes, we will not be bothered. We will follow the policy that is in the best national interest. The public opinion is universally supportive of our stand.”

If the PDA alliance falls apart which seems likely right now then there is every chance that the assemblies in the center and in the Punjab would not remain and they will drown the Sindh and NWFP assemblies too. So the predictions for the next general elections which were made right after the results of 18th February were not just jokes.

    Aashique of Musharraf Says:

It is very difficult to digest the restoration of judiciary through coersion. What Nawaz (NS) is presently upto is mere coersion, for a dramatized movement by non else but Aitezaz Ahsan a third grade, corrupt politician. He was thrown out of the interior ministry for incompetence by non else but Benazir Bhutto herself.

Nawaz Sharif is now his financier for the movement which he cannot pursue now. Nawaz Sharif has already been asked by Cowasjee to put pound sterling brains inside his head instead of putting it on his bald head. He can never come out of his vengeful politics that, our people so cherishingly admire through the kind courtesy of Star Plus type politics.

As Prime Minister, he lacked the courage of calling then General Pervez Musharaff to his office and telling him that he has lost confidence and good working relationship with him, therefore ask for his resignation. Instead, like a coward, Nawaz Sharif chose to hjack his plane. He could not bear
the prison therefore again he arranged a deal. How can a coward take stand on important national matters. During Kargil he ran to Clinton and most ignobly asked for mercy. How can you expect such a cowardly person to run the country. He has no other quality other than the money that, he has acquired through illegal means.
