PML-Q’s DoomsDay

By Ali Yar Khan • Mar 22nd, 2008 • Category: Politics, Worth A Second Look • (1,138 views) • One Response

The smooth and silky victory of the election of Speaker and Deputy Speaker with the two-third majority, the punctured tires of cycles are getting disintegrated fast without even a noise, while the head honcho Chaudharies and their godfather in President House watches in somber silence.

Yes, the days of Pervez Musharraf and naturally of PML-Quisling are numbered and their political sojourns over at this platform. The Armageddon of 18th February which routed PML-Q from everywhere and quashed the dreams of Pervez Musharraf is coming to an end, and the final stroke would be the quite departure of Pervez Musharraf to somewhere in Spain.

MQM never takes a step forward or backward without the cue from GHQ, and the way MQM has left PML-Q and Musharraf in the cold without notice is a clear sign as where the establishment is putting its’ weight now.

Where this is the farewell time for Musharraf and his toadies, it’s alarming for the new coalition, because Establishment’s affection is as lethal as it’s enmity.

Another [good] move Musharraf to gather “moderate and secular” forces. When did ever Mush care about PML-Q?
