Pay Us Back Zardari : Demands Double Lotas of PML(Q)

The King’s Party of Pervez Musharraf, his notorious legacy, is the most shameful thing ever happened in the politics of Pakistan, and by the grim twist of the nature, they are finding themselves on the small tiller of the power. These are double lotas, because earlier they left PPP and PML(N) and gathered under the umbrella of a dictator and then they even left their own mother PML-Quisling and formed a forward bloc and voted for Zardari in National Assembly and Shahbaz Sharif in the provincial assembly.

These lotas are ever further divided in the national assembly. One group is directly in touch with the Zardari under the “lotalized” leadership of Nasrullah Bijrani (who has also suffered a heart attack just hours ago), and the other one is in shadows and in touch with Zardari through PPP MNA Mehreen Anwar Raja. Both groups are strong and comprise of many members. Chaudharies of Gujrat are left with virtually nothing in the national assembly, and Pervaiz Elahi has left for London in sheer disappointment.

The double lota groups are now pestering for ministries from the Pakistan Peoples’ Party and threatening to join PML(N) in case of non-compliance. No doubt that Zardari would budge and cave in to their demands. It would be better if both PML(N) and PPP reject these lotas for good, but due to the splintering of coalition because of broken accords of Zardari, that seems an elusive dream.
