Pakistani Muslim woman has more rights than Indian Muslim woman

It shows that Pakistani Muslim personal laws are far ahead of India at least with respect to marriage and divorce.
Indian Muslim is governed by the Muslim personal law(shariat) Act 1937.Pakistani Muslim is governed by Pakistani Muslim family laws ordinance 1961. For a second marriage to happen in Pakistan the man has to site valid reason, then there is arbitration council etc , it also sIts out 90 day time table including written notice etc.Most important of all is the requirement in Pakistan to register the nikhanama. Shoiab was actually using the flaw in Indian Muslim personal law to escape his first marriage which he could not have done in Pakistan.
The most disturbing aspect of the whole drama was the ease with which Shoaib got his divorce from Ayesha done and cleverly signing his fathers name with different middle name.Shoiab could do all the following:
1.Telephonic nikha
2.Not registering his Nikhanama
3.Denying his marriage later to Ayesha and physical relationship with her though he openly admitted it in a TV interview at Hyderabad Deccan in 2004.
4.He did NOT even give a reason for his divorce which completely negates KHULLAH rights of a woman.
5.Showing his father’s name in different middle name
He could do all this because Ayesha was an Indian Muslim woman.He even tried Hyderabad deccan police is not good and aman ki asha to boot so that his lie will not be exposed.He could not succeed because Ayesha’s family had support of local Muslims of Deccan and they know the TRUTH. Otherwise Shoiab would have easily got away with his LIEs through corrupt Imams and maulvies of India.
A Pakistani can say with pride that Indian Muslim is living in history without changing his personal laws in the guise of HOLY SHARIA AND ITS INVIOLABILITY

yea rite they have more rights!! But are these rights really practiced?? NO!! in the northern areas the Taliban kill women and its goes un questioned and I think we all are aware of this fact.
The Indian Mullah has shown how effective and more important he is than his Pakistani counterparts with his new FATWA. He has banned all Indian Muslims to attend Sania/Shaoiab marriage as Shaoiab is staying in the guest house of Sania’s house and he was also seen by spy cameras of media to be talking and exercising in the private Gym of Sania !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now can his Pakistani cricketing friends defy this FATWA?
