Pakistani Anchors Must Act Responsibly

We in our offices, shops, homes and public places should ask ourselves where we are going, where our country is going, what would become of us in few years of time, why are we allowing handful of people terrorize us, and more importantly why we are allowing the rulers play with us? Above all, we ask ourselves as why we are allowing some anchorpersons to blackmail everyone?
Our media has got to act responsibly too. They have to see beyond the obvious. They have to contribute in making this country strong and helping it to survive through these toughest of times. It’s so easy, fun and profitable for the media and their anchorpersons to dress down the politicians and to sling mud on anyone they want, but now the time has come for them to contribute to.
What’s the point in flashing the statements of Hakimullah Mehsud? What’s the point in showing live images of terrified women running away from the scenes of gory terrorism? Why they allow dubious characters and armchair strategists to come and harrangue us over why is it necessary to not to eliminate the terrorists? WTF is going on? Are we really so inured to the realities of violence that we think it’s cute to broadcast them?

you must give some chengaz khan like advice instead of such civilized type of anger on poor anchors.
You surely want to throw them in gas chamber.
You should be invited to run their programmers with such barbaric suggestion and give projection to mqm’ castles in the air only
Their days of ‘madar pidar azadi’ are numbered.
A bill is coming to control this herd… and very rightly so.
Does anyone want to stop and think about what is happening here for a second.
Why would muslims i.e. Taliban and AlQaeeda, embrace violence against the countries they themselves have been brought up in? And against their own Islamic brothers and sisters?
Would they not have a reason? Surely there has been a provoking here! It’s common knowledge that an angry man is angry because something (or someone) has made him that way….. why don’t people ask this question?
Where throughout this entire Middle/South East shamble has the media effectively explained to the publics of the CAUSE and MOTIVES of anything, in turn the EFFECTS - or what the ultimate goal of all this violence is?
What is in people’s HEADS? And most importantly, what is on their AGENDA’s?
Whether you want to talk about the Taliban, the Pakistani media coverage (which seems to illuminate the American govt for some reason.. hmm) and various world govt’s and bodies specifically the US and EU.
Maybe the answer to this ‘why?’ will sort out whose intentions are clean and who’s are dirty.
Taliban have explicitly said (in a video showing Hakimullah Mehsood himself) that they are not behind the recent attacks in Pakistan, namely the ones in Peshawar, University in Islamabad/Pindi, and yesterday in the Mosque during the holy Friday prayers (Kinda like kicking a man while he’s down - disgusting isn’t it.)….. these are all the bigger one’s.
Ask yourselves WHO then would do this and HOW long it has been going on? And stop relying on mass media to give you these answers…. It won’t.
There is no such thing as ‘impartial’ and there is no such thing as ‘transparent’…. you have to make up your own mind, and raelise what is happening to the world we live in via independant research.. raelise before it’s too late.
