Pakistan is at Crossroads

Pakistan is at crossroads. Pakistan is in the midst of an identity epidemic caused by the explosion of disparate ideas flying wayward in our environment, an epidemic that has rendered million of people, who form the educated middle class to question vehemently as where they belong and what they are supposed to do, and billions of others are also wondering in speechless way.

Troubles from the neighboring Afghanistan are as usual pouring into the Pakistan and this time the world powers are exploiting these troubles at maximum for their own benefits. Russia, Iran, United States, India, Israel, China and Saudi Arabia all are trying to appease their interests in this area, while the people from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and from other countries of central Asia are heading towards warmer seas to act as mercaneries.

While that happens, we are still unsure and confused about whose war is this, and at which side we ought to be. The answer is simple. We all must support our Army and countrymen, while we refuse to play in to the hands of other powers and we shouldn’t be in doubt about those forces who are fighting against our forces and who are involved in terrorism in our cities and towns.
