Current continuous changing scenario and day to day changes are explicating and demoralizing the forecasted strategy of population at large.

This is due to the fact that people have so many concerned issues that they are unable to withstand rectification of the remedy in a smooth and formatted outcome.

Ways to encounter and news to prepare for the unseen is still beyond the thinking mechanics of individual as unpredictable and unrealistic fate has taken over the typical resolution of course in to an Atypical variant.

Under such ineffective means of alerting and highlighting the population at large, to prepare for the minimum or expect a maximum, is the responsibility of the government ,however ,like traditional bureaucrats and establishment our government although, an elected government of the people, had failed to fulfill the need and to aware the people of upcoming and unforeseen preparation.

Such a state of affair of the nation where people are observing vicious changes takes the country in to anarchical situation with ineffective cumulative response to the presentation.

In such a society ,from literate to illiterate and rich to poor every one react in a manner that acts as an stimulus to derange the system a little more towards the anarchical outburst .

If I observe multiple domains of platform and portfolio of discussion, every body expresses the impression of its own without considering and listening to the opinion of their counterpart thus deviating the discussion from reasonable fruitful results to ending at some controversial ethnic, political and desirous motivated heart feelings, endorsing their own thoughts as qualifier of the discussion.

Deviation is to the extent that theme of discussion is ignored and float of observation took over as new article, which can easily be presented.

Under such aggressive and discourteous response on a platform of free speech and opinion, some times it is very painful to get away with reservation of, nothing gain.

After critical evaluation and self assessed strategy to delineate such deviation in to some knowledgeable and well evaluated, interpreted discussion, I have reached an idea to float on the platform of discussion a method and mode to express the “say” in a manner that may qualify as future prediction and assessment on ground of interpretation of the current scenario, by any one who wants to float his assessment view in the form of predictions.

In my opinion such diversified opinion based prediction will definitely serve to uplift the thinking process in a well interpreted and beneficial manner to the community so to disseminate their thoughts in vicinity with broad horizon and implications.
