Nargis Believes Skin Showing is not Everything

After trying hard to make a foothold in Lollywood with a lot of skin show in different films , actress Nargis now beleieves that its not all about showing off yourself.

She says that now she acts on the theater and is trying hard to prove that she is much more than just an item girl.

“I feel I am more than just a good body and looks. I want people to realise that I have other talents too. I feel a stage drama will not just give me creative freedom to express myself but I can learn a lot more from it, and I could convey good messages to the public” she said.

“I did try the traditional way to get into movies. But I don’t have a godfather, and I don’t have the guts to adopt ‘other’ means so all the movies where are being offered to me doesn’t appeal me, as they are just about exposing, and now I want to act.

Nargis said that initially in her career, she was ambitious and hence made a few mistakes that in hindsight could have been avoided. she did some flicks that she realised did no good for her career, and gave her bad name. She says, “Hence now I’m more careful and choosy about what assignments I take up.”
