Musharraf is Here to Stay
By Gul Raiz • Aug 10th, 2008 • Category: Politics • 15 CommentsWhoever thinks that these mickey mouses would be successful in impeaching the best ever leader of Pakistan lives in fool’s paradise, and soon he would know the real odds, and soon he would know the hollowness of the tall claims made by the Mian of Lahore and Zardari of NRO. Both of these pixilated and puckish urchins are way too weak to confront the Hercules of Pakistan, especially Asif Ali Zardari who has yet to digest chew the bones of National Reconciliation Ordinance.
Musharraf has nothing to fear to. He has got a popular support throughout Pakistan starting from the beaches of Karachi, through the planes of Punjab and even not ending at the hinterlands of Tirah Valley in FATA. He has got full backing of the Army, because he is the commander in chief and he has his appointed Supreme Court headed by the able gentleman Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, and he has got his neutral election commission, and he has got his loyal attorney general ,and he has his governors in all the provinces, and he has the support of MQM, PML-Q, AML, PML-Pagara, PPP-S, Makhdoom Amin Fahim who represents a large portion of ruling PPP, and also he has got support of many other factions.
I even suspect that Musharraf is very using Asif Ali Zardari with extraordinary sleight against the stubborn Nawaz Sharif. Look how cunningly, the issue of judges has been put to the back burner and now Nawaz Sharif in his foolishness blindly following Zardari to accomplish the elusive goal of ousting President Musharraf. I would request President Musharraf to end this cat and mouse game soon, and bring a true servicing and welfare government as this outfit has made the matters worst in merely four months.

Gul Raiz, I think you are almost there! I suspect either due to Makhdoom Amin Fahim factor or the Supreme Court intervention President Pervaiz Musharraf will survive this move for impeachment of the President of Pakistan. In case of Supreme Court’s intervention, we can safely speculate assemblies being disoved and re-election. Perhaps the best course. One thing clear, or almost clear, is that this whole exercise has nothing whatsoever to do with democracy and does not promise dawn of a pleasant spring morning in Pakistan and all would be honky dory from then on.
Just another after thought, in case of the motion for impeachment failing the 2/3rd majority vote due to Makhdoom Amin Fahim factor this arrogant, stubborn, stupid politician Nawaz Sharif the owner of Muslim League - can finally go back to his family vocation and acquire the skill to be an Iron Smith. Politics is much too fine an art and noble calling and needs refinement and delicacy the over all finesse - which this man clearly lacks.
Though selection, election, and rendezvous have no criteria in terms of awards and grants, but still, such assortment and appointment, expresses the legitimacy and illegitimacy, when selections are presented, as part of exercise, in lieu of representation.
This is because, to utilize the selections, thereby to rectify and exposed, hence to react, as expertise, in period of stress, strain, and requirement, thereby tagging and differentiating, a merit selection ,at achievement ,as competent and genuine selection and similar counterpart, as unqualified ,ill merit appointment, as incompetent, when failed.
Under the extremes of such exposure as part of scrutiny, in terms of right or wrong selection, the appointee, have to face a tremendous wave of criticism, for next upcoming exposures and threats, as happening, to prove their abilities and qualification.
Since unqualified appointees become shaky due to the incapability or mask illiteracy they ,always try to escape through a way that may maintained their profile, with self planned and monitored removal from sight, without a tag in the contest of ill appointments, thereby securing the future through easy escape.
The same process of cruel escape is in run.
Things have gone beyond, reconciliation as irrecoverable or irreversible stage of remedy.
Under the turmoil of disastrous ailments only qualification and merit could excel to get the burden and breach the hindrance.
Leaders have tendency to react as per situation.
There is a complete cut off in terms of leadership.
Now, the only element which is left over as part of easy and excusable escape is through the process of dismissal.
The same is in conductivity.
Defined and designed fate, as part of escape is as follows.
1. Resolution…………incapacity to show strength …………..dismissal
2. Resolution…………..capacities as 2/3rd…………..next 2/3rd show off in senate ………incapacity ………..dismissal
3. resolution …………2/3rd majority in both electoral house……..validation or legitimacy by apex courts…………suspected judgment not in favor………….dismissal
Restoration of same assemblies after 6month by same supreme court…………credibility of PCO judges will be restored by decision …………,major issues as designed will be resolved in mean time ………..enhancement of reign.
Zardari and nawaz are already out of any principle position, are nor and will not be responsible for any heave and hue, technically.
So let’s wait and enjoy the fate, as design by these designers.
I have just come to know that Makhdum Jamil-uz-Zaman has resigned. This apparently shows the 1/3rd of PPP hopefully either not taking part in this impeachment process or favoring the president.
By the way, can anyone tell me what happens when someone does not take part in any voting process in both of the houses? Is the 2/3rd majority counted using total number of seats in the parliaments or votes casted?

To recall it here; the present National Assembly members took the Oath as 13th National Assembly on 18 March 2008. They can change the existing legislation and may strip the entire Books of rules and regulations but can they possibly take any judicial action against any unlawful events committed prior to 18 March 2008? Possibly not!
All the eight points’ charge sheet can be seen being thrown out of window.
But if yes, then what about travelling beyond 1999 and so on…?
Mustafa, what you heard about Jameel-uz- Zaman, if it is true, sounds bad to my ears.
I think it is clearly stipulated in Rules about the status of Abstentions. I think it is considered a protest vote opposing the ‘motion’ and is part of the total. However, I am not sure. You know what, Doctor Raza Haider Sahib can check this out and help us understand this circumstance.
AFTAB saying right ,abstentions during impeachment is taken as opposing ,this is i heard from lawmakers from several t.v talk shows.

i don’t believe that Amin fahim has such power in party ,he is out of power game his only hope is friendship with Pervaiz Mush.
this is worst time for MQM (3 me na 13 me ) they might be praying that p.mush resign himself before going to impeachment…
..p.mush only hope from Punjab i.e pml q is not even supporting him completely ,look at fwd.groups in senate and NA,they are gonna definitely either refraining from voting or casting against P.mush…..
Ms kashmala tariq is in Malaysia for conference ..(she could stay there more due to some illness like flu …) ..her other members would refrain perhaps.
In full sense ,if any such movement present in Parliament then it would be successful…

Aftab ,there is nothing in this world which is beyond the understanding of human being and people with your profile ,when not interested to comment do show such impression of ignorance or lack of awareness deliberately .
However although there is, a little expression of taunt but nevertheless, some people have rights to repel or repeal.
No procedure, as system is different from the other.
Basics always remain the same.
Out of 25 students in class 5 can be absent due to exigency emergency, ill effects or personnel engagement less, death.
Total composition always remains the same till some one quit school.
Electoral houses have similar legislated rule of register and attendance as roll.
Being a legislative authority and supreme house with scattered representation, weightage of the individual is deliberately segregated and personalized.

Mustafa, 2/3rd majority means total existing seats regardless of absentees. But , excluding seats that have not been occupied as electoral selections,death.
Let me ask something else:
What, if ?
1) The President decides to pre-empt the intentions of his adversaries (actually enemies!) and dissolve just the National Assembly.
2) The Spreme Court of Pakistan decides to intervene either pro bono or an appeal / writ a petition and a long legal wrestling ensues.
Dear, is it general floats for every one or you intend to get opinion through desired individual.

We are waiting for out come, Lets wait till tomarrow, for little better understanding of this situation.
Now it’s clear, that President Musharraf, is an honest man. He trusted and let these corrupt politician back in Politics of Pakistan. A snake will bite, and poison you, by nature, no matter how well you behave. I am surprised, The President and his team was so ignorant. In my view The most serious crime will go dawn in history against President Musharraf, to leave Pakistan behined in hands of criminals knowingly, if he failed to protect himself, against impeachment. Shame on you Mr. President.
Mr. President it’s your duty to save Pakistan. How you should know better. I am watching You !!

1st answer of 2nd question…i just heard from hafeez peerzada that SUPREME COURT can only intervene before starting of movement in parliament and if movement started in parliament ,then parliament can no more intervene …………………….
1st question s answer ,,,,,,,KAMran khan ,javed chowdery they are the one ,who are indicating signs of army action …and formation of technocrats govt.in pak.if some bad happens …
