MQM: Meetha Meetha Huff Huff, Karwa Karwa Thu Thu

They were part and parcel of dictatorial regime of Pervez Musharraf and were hand in gloves with him on the issue of Akbar Bugti murder, media restrictions, judiciary sacking, NRO and Lal Masjid Massacre. Then they left Musharraf’s dying sun and saluted to the rising sun of Asif Ali Zardari.
Out of total 5000 National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) beneficiaries, only 500 or so belong to rest of the political leaders, former bureaucrats and retired armed forces personnel, while rest of the lot belongs to the MQM. Starting from the head honcho Altaf Hussain, to their governor Ishratul Ibad, and their all ministers and leaders to their workers, MQM has got amnesty in crimes like murder, robberies, street crimes and corruption.
Dr Farooq Sattar, MQM’s parliamentary leader and one of the NRO beneficiaries, said those MQM people who were granted amnesty through this law, would have received the benefit in their individual capacity. He says that his party will keep on calling NRO a “discriminatory and selective law that bypasses the judicial process”, but refuse to return the benefits the party men got through this black law.

MQM played very smart, they showed that they were taking benefit from NRO but in reality they didn’t and fooled the whole anti MQM lobby.
cases against MQM workers were with drawn by the CM sindh Arbab Ghulam Rahim who have the right to with draw cases as Chief Executive of the Province.
and after the sparkling revelations by Brig Imtiaz and Ex Core Commander Karachi Naseer Akhter that there was no Jinnah pur Consipiracy, all the cases and operation against MQM becomes illegal and void.
so MQM has no need to side with Corrupt NRO beneficiaries, further more the 31 July Decision of SC clearly said that who ever took the benefit in 4 months Ordinance time is past and close transaction, PPP failed to get that benefit during that time and now feeling the heat.
People who think they are politicians should learn Politics from MQM , who took timely and calculated decisions.

Majority of the cases against MQM workers have been in the courts since early to mid-90’s and if courts have been unable to find enough evidence after 15 years or so, then it is obvious that they are part of political victimization of the only major political party whose majority vote bank is from educated lower and middle class.
infact Mqm and JUI-F are not political parties but they are mafias who will suck from every government by joining it and will also do opposition so that they can stay clean in the eyes of public.

NRO was a good ordinance,is a good ordinance and will remain a good ordinance as We as a nation needed to reconcile with the PAST and move forward in a positive direction, and should have NO Mudslinging but as I said before Illitrate nation does not see it that way. They need chaos and uneasyness in the country and POLITICS of Distruction will continue for a nation which need healing and progress on day to day affairs of POOR.
