Mettle of Highcourt Judges

Not only these judges have upheld the supremacy of the dignity of justice, they have also shown the dictator that they are not afraid of him and they are not intimidated by his frightening and redoubtable acts of subjugation. These judges have given new breather to the lawyers movement and a new hope to the people of Pakistan.
In Pakistan this is the change. Prior to this, tinpot dictators always used to exploit the constitution according to their will and whim, and the judiciary always validated their abrogation of law, but this time the judiciary has said ‘No’ and the dictator cannot fathom it, and has become a venomous enemy of free judiciary.
But nation knows the difference between black and white, and they know who is PCO-ed and who is not.

I HAVE ONE SIMPLE QUESTION FOR ALL THE LEARNED WRITERS ON EVERY BLOG AND THE SO CALLED EXPERTS AND ANALYSTS ON VARIOUS MEDIA .. HOW MUCH DOES THE EXISTANCE, METTLE OR NON METTTLE OF THESE JUDGES AFFECT THE WELL BEING OF THE COMMON MANY - WHO CONTINUE THEIR LIFE IN MISERY AND HAVE TO WAIT AGES FOR GETTING THE “INDEPENDENT” JUDICIARY TO EVEN HEAR THEIR CASES. LETS US GIVE UP THIS JARGON ABOUT A FREE JUDICIARY, CONSTITUTION AND WHAT NOT AND PRESSURISE THE GOVERNMENT TO START WORKING FOR THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE. GRIEVES ME TO SEE EVEN THE EX SERVICEMEN AND RETIRED JUDGES ALSO JOIN IN … THERE ARE VERY FEW OF THEM .. BUT THE MEDIA & SPECIALLY TV IS BLOWING EVERYTHING OUT OF PROPOSRTIONS …
Ok you tell how to solve problems of Paksitan. Although you don’t have solution and tries to copy past same lines again and again. Mr M Khan, these kind of vague promise time has gone… like ” Roti Kapra aur Makkan… Hum Ghurbat khatam karain gay… Hum aainn ka taqadas bahal karain gay…hum corruption khatalm karain gay…and lof of bloody shits… Same bloody shits which Mushi compiled as 7 point agenda. Not even a single point is achieved.
Tell me simply… how you can achieve any thing without Insaaf. Simply tell me. Ch Iftikhar is not an icon of Insaaf but restoring them back is fully Insaaf and if Govt will do it then it means they are serious about resuming good governance otherwise again bull shit.
Suppose, I gets grant from Govt for making road in my village… but I makes inforior quality or not makes ( as our nazims do)…who is gona catch me… is this not for poor people. who is gona safe guard peoples rights.??? Please tell. its small example. I can raise lof of issues that directly effects common man.
I REPEAT THE SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN BECAUSE MOST OF US ARE SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT THE JUDGES AND THEIR CHARACTER, LAAWYERS MOVEMENT, CIVIL SOCIETY AND WHAT NOT … .. WE WANT OUR PROBLEMS SOLVED BY THE GOVERNMENT .. PLEASE DONT BE UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THESE JUDGES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU ANY INSAAF BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW DIVIDED INTO TWO POLITICAL FORCES …. SO LET US BE MORE REALISTIC AND LET PAKISTAN MOVE ON .. INSTEAD OF POSTING SUCH USELESS AND HOPELESS ARTICLES .. AND TRY TO BUILD A BETTER IMAGE FOR OUR BELOVED COUNTRY …

I can’t agree with you even 1%. If you are sick of Judges…I’m sick of Dictators and these Army Generals. These are the real culprits and now its time to teach them accordingly.
Yeah Yeah… you are right these judges will give us insaaf…like NRO? Is this was Mushi property that he waived off for Zardari or is this a money he gave as bribery for saving his President seat.
As you pro Musharraf guys says… 8 years are enough for serving poor people. They are already happy so no need to help them… Correct. Why you are so Hypocrates that on one side you say… Mushi bringed happiness for poor people and now after just 15 days you started crying…Hai Ghurbat…Hai Mengai. You think that you are thekay dar of this country and of poor people. If you are so sincere then walk of Karachi Streets and you will find 11 lacs empty stomach chidren sleeping on roads. How many of you have ever gave them a single loaf… which you can throw in dustbin but never bother to think for a while for these children. Why….??? Where your cries goes at that time. You capital letters can’t divert attention from real issues. Poverty is here since 1947 and will remain till the end of this world. We need JUSTICE…. I ensure you that common man will get his rights when there will be insaaf. His children will learn in universities and he will get job (that can be able to get by reference right now).

Just tell me a single example that your beloved NAB got able to get money back from culprits. There were lot of culprits who even served as ministers in last Mushi govt. What kind of Insaaf your this jusdges will give. please tell me. They can only eat and can sell them self. NAB is full with corrupt Army Generals and Bridagiers. Who is gona give Insaaf…You… who can’t even analyse things on merrit.

The media has played the most abhorable role in this most detestable episode. They have been driven by one simple motive and that’s their profitability. They have not been considerate about any national interests. In deed, there have been short comings during last government but the way these irresponsible people have created fear and uncertainty it boggles minds of all the sane and reasonable people. Look change of a government or head of the state will not usher in prosperity and a pefect society; it just doesn’t work that way, it never has. I anticipate much more trouble and serious crisis in our foreseebable future (I hope I am absolutely wrong, for the sake of my beloved country and my beloved people).
Saleem Khan, I am unable to quote specific examples of recovering of monies, but there were many such incidents reported in the press. One was of that Vice Admiral or Rear Admiral (I don’t remember) Mansur Ul Haq; then there was this (Dr) Usman Faruqui of Pakistan Steel Mills (if I can recall from the top of my haed, there were quite a bit of recovery as plea bargain) however I am not really very sure and can not be quoted.
If you accepts theory of Demand and Supply then you have to accept this also that Its people’s demand that Media should play pivotal role in recent campaign and this is what Media is supplying. Off course, they are working for Profit…as each and every person in this world. I tell you… if today Media will start hiding facts and figures… people will simply kick them out of their homes…
If you not accepts my views then I give you one example… Geo once showed one program at 2300 PST… about Incest in Pakistan and they showed couple of letters in it also. Its host was Hina (I don’t remember her full name)… and they discussed with doctors and parents about it. On very next day… People attacked on their office and damaged few offices. That program got closed due to severe pressure from public. Although I think what ever was discussed was 100% correct and realistic approach.
It means…if people don’t like some program…media can’t carry on running that program… Mashallah Judiciary issue is alive since 9th March 2007 when our brave Judge slapped back on Ba Wardi Musharraf face and not cared about 4 other Generals present there. Its called brave step and holding right path. It was a biggest mistake done by this Mushi and today he and his whole corrupt family will be crying for that mistake. I salute all lawyers, Media, Civil Society, Students, Professionals and all those who can use brain… that they are standing against this rubbish system…which only crushes poors or common man but gives all benefits to upper or elite class. We won’t stop this struggle till this bloody chap will go out of country or will not die like dog. This one man made whole country as battle field now he has to be finished.
This what I wanted to get information from your side. I can’t forget cases and corruption ( that were proved also) on Masoor Ul Haq. He gave loss of in Billions of Dollars and ran away from Country even later on. He did maximum corruption in his time while dealing with France for marines and ships. You know how much he paid to NAB and NAB realeased him… Only 10% of total amount. He was forgiven because he paid maximum amount as bribery to same NAB military men for let him to go by giving back nominal amount. Even that nominal amount was in billion of Rupees. I still remember ( My father told…can’t tell him position) that judge asked masoor ul haq lawyer that how many days you will require to pay this agreed amount… his lawyer said…maximum 4 hours…Judge was even astonished on his reply because Judge was thinking he will take a time of month or so. Just see the level of liquid cash this bloody Military man had. He was so corrupt and has stollen so much amount that paying back some amount (in billions) was like peanut.
Anyway it won’t astonished you because you supports corruption and related affairs. If you can’t write a single sentence against NRO then it menas you are equal part of Mushi and Zardari corruption. Please realise your responsiblity as citizen of Pakistana and atleast condemn what ever is wrong… Its the weakest form of Emaan so atleast hold weakest level of Emaan. Please think about your deeds and shake your zameer… Just saving every act of one man for the sake that you like him is not truth and fair. I supports one party but never supports his wrong policies…
