Merit in PCB

In last five years we won under 19 world cup twice. But unfortunately not a single player is part of our national cricket team from Under 19 team on permanent basis. At last Sarfraz Ahmed made his place in the team but everyone can see how tough it was for him to get his place. Malik is still in favoring of his friend Kamran Akmal. After Shoaib Akthar and Mohd Asif departure from the team we are lacking good quality fast bowlers.
There were two heroes of Under 19 World Cup. Two young fast bowlers i.e. Anwar Ali and Jamshaed. Specially Anwar Ali is doing very well in the domestic cricket. Why is Iftikhar Rao always preferred over Anwar Ali? We do not have good permanent openers in our current team. Ex Captain of Winning Under 19 team Khalid Latif is an excellent opener. When will we give him proper chance?
When he is over 30 years old like Misba-ul-Haq? We are losing Yasir Hamid, another young dynamic high order batsman.Young opener Khurrum Manzoor had chance in single one day match. He scored 50 runs not out. After that he is permanently out from the team. Did he make mistake to score over 50 runs? Fawad Alam has not been given proper chances, He is a “batsman bowler” all rounder but he is always given chances on very lower order.
When will players get proper chances? Does any one believe in merit in PCB?

as too many cooks spoils broth like was an un-trained cook does the same, a person earned 2.1 million rupees per month as Chairman PCB not knowing how to bold a straight ball, what can you expect from him?

Military rule has not left any institution working properly. Not even Army itself. How we can expect good in sports when military people or their friends are heads of these institutions. PCB head is imported from USA for eating Pakistan.
Great Military Pakistan… Talented personalities are exported and Dull mind people are imported for taking care of Government institutions.

Wrong people in wrong places.Gen Mussarf a failed leader and gen munir corrupt NAB DJ are holding the top seats of PCB for last 5 years hired a unsuccesfull kidney surgeon for selecting cream of cricket talent.700 personals are running this board.Bilions of rupees have been allocated to PCB resulting scandels of disobedience, match fixing, drugcharges, charges of murder of Bob Wolmer have now become assets of PCB.So we have to say Like rulers like institutions.The effectees are again players like shoaib mailk or misbah whose talents are being ruined under worst mismangement.
