“Eyes do not see what mind does not know”

  • ”patient is the centre of medical universe around which all our works revolve and towards which all our efforts trend”
  • “To study the phenomena of disease without books is to sail an uncharted sea, while to study books without patient is not to go to the sea at all”
  • “The decision to act is not a process without intellectual input”
  • Advancement in the field of medical science has not only boosted the medical profession but on the other hand created severe ill effect as to the knowledge of the patient and their attendant tagging them in this field of practice as complete lay man and ill knowledge individual.
  • This is true that population may not be expected to have expertise in every concepts of life but it is their responsibility to manage the urgent and dire scene of disaster, before referring the victim in the hands of the experts.
  • Although in developed countries, the basic themes of life support management are the part and parcel of the education system but due to deliberate negligence the trend could not gain appreciable access in our system of society.
  • Failure to handle such unforeseen events, have although on one hand has developed the element of panicky, which is a definite reaction, whereas on the other hand it has dislodged many professionals from the ethics of norms and professionalism thereby creating such situations in to life threatening upcoming and utilizing the ill knowledge of their concerned attendants into emergency thus awarding and rewarding the institution of their choice on the payroll of patients relatives.
  • Although tendency to such a limit may always exist as a potential hazard, but mechanics in system, especially in developed countries, also run side by side, so to counter such negligence in the form of mandatory ethics and standard protocol for physician, and basic education with mode to endorsed grievances on the subject for patients.
  • This laid down phenomenon, of the system in the form of law and accountability, has created the sense of responsibility in such communities thus restoring every single individual rights as citizen thereby safeguarding the institution and professionalism.
  • If I recall the event, since I graduated in this profession, many to most cases would filled the vocabulary of my thoughts that will culminate on irrational behavior of attendants and patients relative, causing and indulging the sites, scene and place of emergency care into a place of riot and disaster, with manhandling and torturing the professionals as the person being responsible.
  • Why is this behavioral annoyance that is imparting our population at large? Why is this attitude that has turned our community to retaliate these professional with such untoward behavior? Is it really that under all such events of threat full condition, medical professionals are to be blamed as he is the person who was impartially trying to save life? Or it is the punishment to put your hand in such case which could die if urgent move to save could not be initiated?
  • In my opinion the reasons are multifocal, but converging on the same platform of lack of knowledge of the community and professional negligence and communication gap of the experts.
  • It is again to be reinforced that subject tendency has not developed in acute mannerism but is the element of long standing salient negligence a s a root cause.
  • In my opinion if responsibilities were shared at all such important platforms and implemented from all responsible ends such as governance, practitioners and population, as joint venture with the development of sense of nation and citizenship, none of such retaliation and their modes could have been exemplified ,which have now became the characteristics of our behavioral studies .
  • “You should be the change, if you want to see in this world”.
  • “It’s never too late” “even if it’s late” “it’s too early for the new comer”.
  • What are we waiting for? Are we waiting to shake by some one or to be jolted by an earth quake?
  • When do we intend to get rid of this lunatic, euphoric, disgruntle, and irresponsible behavior?
  • Time has changed its texture and skin.
  • The colorful happening with rewards, respect and sage has turned its profile in to distrust, sadism and accountability.
  • Under such a change of behavior, lack of interest to monitor this behavioral change would definitely preserve the attitude of irrational indulgence and will rotten the ground for more untoward deeds.
  • Responsibly initiating and maneuvering to design immediate relief with concerning attitude can only, revert the thinking mechanism of deranged mental acceptance and belief.
  • With such a motivated grievances and reservation against the person holding previously the most reputable domain, in the community is a loss that is to be appreciably taken in to account by the professionals and this can only be done with honoring, caring, believing and delivering the services honestly and with liability, which is never a new subject of ethics, as a professional.
  • Clinical mistake and clinical negligence have a thin line of demarcation and clinical error is not a necessarily a negligent error. The point here is that there is no one to hear in the contest of suffering and ailments. This demarcation line should always be the point of concern to the clinician and the only way to overcome such difference is the behavior, attitude and relationship that hazel the reservation of reservationists.
  • In order to converge and constrain my discussion to a conclusive portfolio, suggestion are, that a massive strategy be define to create awareness among community for their day to day medical relief without the element of financial strains so to assemble the scattered mind that has inadvertently diverted from the iatrogenic plundering of all elements of society, such as government, professionals and population.
  • In order to familiarize my people as citizen and professional, I feel that it’s the call of time to initiate the essentialities that my assist and prove beneficial in their day to day hazards and unforeseen accidental exposures.
