@ Maria Sultan " We didn’t beg, but our rulers did that. We need trade and not aid."

Who appointed these begging rulers? Of course......the people...though only some.......... It's true that 70% people of pakistan want peace and are secular by nature. The rest 30% are some religious fanatics and some under the influence of army's wrong policy. Unfortunately........Pakistan today, is run and ruled by these 30% people. The 70% secular people have no stand and no right to choose the right path and decide the fate of their nation. Pakistan has tremendous potential to become one of the developed nation but the religious fanatics and army will never allow people of your positive mentality to govern the country cuz they know that if they do, they will be deprived of easy money and benefits of sitting on the higher rank. India too has problems.............but the democracy here doesn't allows army/military to run or mingle the current administration. The people here have the right to elect and kick the leaders.

Your approach : "We need trade and not aid...." It's a good attitude. Hope your country and your people listen to this.

Once again why so much ranting and raving?

There is no conspiracy here.

You begged and they stipulate some conditions before giving money.

If it is humiliating, don't take it.
