Justice Released Not Restored

PML supported the resolution for the investigation of Benazir Bhutto’s murder by the United Nations and the excuse by the parliament about the so-called judicial murder of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, and PPP announced the release of house-arrested judges, as demanded by the PML-N.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary appeared briefly in the balcony of his home and thanked the nation for the consistent support and the sacrifice of lawyer fraternity. It was a moving scene watching frenzied people adoring their justice in the lawn, while Justice waived from upstairs.
This is the step in the right direction by Prime Minister Gillani, but he needs to thumpingly endorse his aurthority by restoring the judges in the coming days.

Sign are really good and encouraging. But we had to keep it up. Plethora of problems are still ahead.
There’s a hope at least after his decision to free the judges. Lets hope that the coming days bring us a good luck.
….. The new PM has disappointed the 16 Crore Awam - Justice delayed is Justice denied .. Is this what Democracy is all about … Was this the First Thing to do … is this the right step ? …inspite of conflicting views by legal experts without looking at the background and facts of the matter … but I guess right aur wrong “Jis Ki Lathi Usi Ki Bhense” ….
dear isphani ,it is nice of you that you see things in positive and appreciating ways .but this is also necessary that conclusion and changing scenario be assessed in the light of move .this is very important especially if you are commenting on the steps of a person whoes repo and credibility is defined.politics and their runner in pakistan ,bears no moral and ethical grounds .before giving my opinion with reference to your idea it is necessary that i should define a bit about psychology .
psychology is the Movement studies of human behavior .it is the science that deals with mental processes and behavior.It is the emotional and behavioral characteristics of an individual, group, or activity subtle tactical action or argument used to manipulate or influence another,Philosophically the branch of metaphysics that studies the soul, the mind, and the relationship of life and mind to the functions of the body.
although defining the subject with reference to psychology would breach the idea as opinion and reference to the contest ,but still the opinion reserve the right to define the subject in the light of defination as the functionaries and these governance are always implemented and run on the basis of psyche of their people .the field of psychology in short cover all the topics like persuation,obedience ,opinions ,attitude,obedience to authority,pre judice stereotyping and
the study of human behavior and mental processes.
The study of consciousness involves sound decision making .it is this theme and abstract that has been utilized by these new governers ,so to calm the slude wave.,issue to restoration of judiciary is a constitutional matter and rallys ,dictation and slogans can not change and mould constitution .even the assembly with its full blown capacity can not withstand to detonate the issue ..this is a step taken by the rulers to calm the overactivity of people by tackling the immotional and sentimental content of psychology so to refrain these civil society from the basic issue .this is the decision that breks the overall cumulative opinion into pieces ,and different school of thoughts .sir although the issue is of grave nature ,but it can only be solved in the light of laid down constitution.it is advisable to consult book of constitution or visit my site at…………. razahaider.wordpress.com ……………,where i have discussed the issue in detali.
Mr. Aitzaaz Ahsan, mocked the 1997 Supreme Court judges for reinstating Nawaz Sharif, suggesting that their ‘lordships’ had been swayed by the glitter of his gold - chamak.
This group is a protest group against Aitizaz Ahsan false claim against the special PCO ordinances I & II.
The Man’s understanding of democracy is: after having lost his election in 1997. He sneaked into Parliament via the Senate’s backdoor…. making a mockery of the people’s will … the cornerstone of democracy.
Then he became leader of the opposition in the Senate in place of the absconding BB & became the leader the opposition in parliament!
Today ‘Mr. Democracy’ is calling for a boycott of all PCO Judges. Would the gentleman like to clarify which PCO he means? Musharraf’s first or the second?
He wants an independent judiciary. Yardstick of independence? Those who took oath under Musharraf’s first great PCO.
Last but not the least he is released state secrets to Raw and had hundres of khalistan sikhs mascared.
The man is dirt and should be sent to India: which he glorify’s.
