The issue to restoration has now become a menace. The Pinocchio of the said movement although a very well non office bearer of a skilled political party, and of course a calculated constitutional expert but the master has shown his in expertise over the strategic command to carry the followers zealously and effectively on the run as direction to run the move on same political ethics and platform has not appreciably been taken by the similar imminent expert in the field. Although the movement was ought to be a professional and literary move by well groomed professional but the engagement and hijacking by politician has untowardly steeped down the profile of the issue. Those being presented as role models and initial numerical with flag holder does not enjoy the position among the rankers on intellect grounds.

Discussion and addresses being in conductivity by these so called leaders only qualify as political address without the constitutional remedy or provisions as to the restoration .Although motive to the restoration was to safe guard the system and institution but the mode and method in execution are no more than a political rally. Being aware of the system and design of judicature by virtue of my family profession, I am anxiously looking forward to see the top most in the field to second the move. It is too pretty to show your strength as to the number of people in the presence of so called civil society and media but repetition of the same event has convincingly supported the theme that the matter and act is without fruitful results and if one school support the venue, the other stresses to utilize the platform at professional level.

Countering the forum of dictator ship and un constitutional amendments by slogans and rhymes may be a factor of gratification , as to these leaders ,but the ground realities bears other facts and figures . Who can be better versed and expert in the field of interpretation of constitution, then these lawyers? Although opinion based draft is not the theme of my subject but converging the facts and figure as per constitution, direct my opinion to the core idea that the only solution for remedy on the subject is to go through the way as is laid down in constitution. One year has passed but the content of the of the move have still not executed to gain expected thrust to sublimate the culprit .Heroic detention with roaring move to express grudges and boycott is not the way that can restore the judges or constitution .

Restoring the same can only be tracked back through similar constitutional manipulation. Reasonable justification and clarification as to the act and rallies do require to be explained. The issue could have resolved if earlier action by the rankers in the field of constitution, have been initiated. It is worth noting that appointed in these prestigious institution was always at and on the desire of the Prime Executive of the nation , thus keeping aside the merit and real qualifier like Mr. K.M Nadeem and Fakir uddin G. Ibrahim ,Abdul Hafez lakho, justice nasir aslam zahid justice saeed uzaman siddiqui, Under the foregoing environment only constitutional debate, realizing the threshold and percussion as to inaccessibility to impeach the president, is the sole factor which can save the integrity of the institution .

It is not the matter of PCO judges but parting the judiciary and declaring illegitimacy and disowning will create the puzzle. The same judges can be remolded to share their services for the nation and institution. Close interaction and warm gesture to own can create the self consciousness and credibility will remove the ego and embarrassment among them thus nourishing the institution. However as to the ground realities within the obligatory rule of law can only be visualized in the light of amended constitution. I think the role models of the movement should realize the suffering of the nation and suggest starting their cause in a descent and constitutional way by challenging the unconstitutional amendments in the courts and getting the relief by virtue of their professionalism and expertise. In my opinion the stress that is being diverted on the road should be transformed in courts by expressing their motives in the form of words. Here I have tried to formulate only those articles and clauses that have some bearing or are relatively in support to the dictator for his deliberate extorsional malafide intentions and execution, where as the rest are omitted to ease he reader. It is advice to consult the honorable book of constitution for ready reference and experts in the field for interpretation.

With its clauses are all supportive to the well mannered design and habitual act of forgery and malicious modus operandi of these all time favorites of dictators perishing in the contest of prominent and imminent constitutional expert of all reign. Under such strict obligatory amendment although movement to restore the institution is justified but the way to the throne by these fortune teller will require a magical eve. In order to conclude the discussion in a lay man terminology, which is the, part and parcel of my discussion, and of course to familiarize the fellow man that it is the same attitude of ignorance, in attentiveness and carelessness to abort our own belonging, that has been made fate by the mother of all mischief.

In spite of the clear image and particular scent of the person responsible for all these reservations and continuous rape of the constitution, I am astonishingly looking to see a glimpse or an episode from the so called commentators, anchors, journalist and the media to engage the all time responsible, so to ask the individual as what is his reservation to Pakistan and its people ,for his such retaliating attitude to please the successors and dictators, at the cost and sacrifice of constitution. Curtailing the discussion to reach a reasonable fate to the upcoming event in the contest of restoration seems to be a myth and a real myth buster is required to prove and restore it.The only platform where reversion can takes place lies in the hand of the executive and the benches to understand and uphold the desire and institution.
