This book is a result of marvelous research work of Muhammad Waqas (Ex MPA. Punjab) This book is divided into three parts, part one is regarding Islamic political philosophy, concept of state in islam, welfare state of islam, role of legislature judiciary, and executive in islam. In second part contemporary issues are discussed and compared with Islamic concepts like education, economics, role of women, non muslims, foreign policy, and basic human rights. In part three ways and means of establishment of Islamic state are discussed. So the work is a good collection of all relevant information regarding modern concept of Islamic welfare state. Mr. Muhammad Waqas wrote another book on seerat un nabi (M P B H) AR ROOH –O-WER-REHAN and got presidential award on it in 2006. He wrote numerous articles on contemporary politics in different news papers and periodicals.

Well well …. i think TPS really should have the policy matter publicized that these are the rules and regulations which we need to follow …. if there is not such thing like that then matters like this will keep going on
Kind Regards,

Dear all, plagiarism and self-marketing doesn’t need rules and regulations to be addressed.

Ausaf, what is wrong in publicizing a book. It is property of the author and if he wishes to give it away and if I want to take it then where is the problem? Same holds for TPS they are the owners of this forum and if they allow you and me to publish whatever we wish to then why should anyone have problems with that?
As far as plagiarism is concerned that is different issue and I thought we all discused it in great detail somewhere else ealier. If I wish to piublish it should refelection of my priginal ideas and thoughts. It is my responsibility (both ethical and legal) to keep my academic endeavors free of any stolen material. But, I thought TPS was just great in handling that issue, too. They left it to the readers to handle according to their sense of fair play. I am grateful to TPS beyond words for providing this fantastic space to express our opinions, thoughts, propaganda, agreements and dissents. It is great uncontrolled and unlimited opportunity and we must encourage them support them and at the least appreciate them. I hope, Ausaf, you agree with me so far. And by the way I am not TPS!!!!!!!!!!!

Aftab . i do agree with you but my friend what have happened earlier … my experience related to it was not good .. the comments which was passed on me by some Respectable Commentors was not good at all according to their caliber ……….. Yes TPS is handling this issue in good way and i hope that they will do the same in future also(Ameen) . My prays are with them ………

Ausaf, this is the beauty of this wonderful ‘public space’ - you did what you did (even inavertantly) and the commentors reacted as they considered appropriate. I am sure it helped you clear up a thing or two. It helped me alright and I know what is expected of me if write or say something. You will apreciate the quality of communication. I am sure you would want to be part of something of value. Won’t you? And now, we all still have access at our will.
Nice evening!

Aftab, Yes I do appreciate the quality of communication… but the quality of communication being adapted by them was not really adorable… if they want to hurt any one ethically is it good do think about this point …… what do you think if i say some bad words for you …… u might got hurt from my words and i might loose respect in front of you ……… the words you write its basically tell you what you really feels about some one…….. rest is the history so I do not want to comment on it any more and we have to focus on future now ………. Every one has the reason and right to live according to their pattern and ways ……….
Kind Regards..

Amber Sahiba, frankly I don’t know about this Marvi affair. You forgot to provide the link, see if you can it has provoked my ‘curiosity’ ( Nosey me!). I don’t know why TPS had reservations about Ms. Memon’s point of view. I personally consider the participation of practicing politicians here a “value addition” to this forum. The more diverse political views and ideologies the better! As a matter of fact I wish and hope to see TPS such a forum that all the politicians feel obliged to come here to the public and face the ‘music’ (answer and clarify all the geuine and baseless allegations against them) I honestly think it will be ideal to get them and their views right here in writing. It is one thing to go to the studios of one ‘News manufacturing’ companies a.k.n. as media and pontificate and be in the open court of people of Pakistan. We as public have a decent opportunity to ask as many questions as we like and satisfied and decide for ourselves.

Thanks Amber, I went to this Memon’s site and found following and consider it of public interest and worth sharing. I don’t particularly care for her party, but she appears to be someone willing to offer herself for Pakistani public’s scrutiny. Which really is what is needed. Blessings!
Introduction
The need for a website became urgent due to the pertinent questions asked of me by a very “spot on” 17 year old, on Faisal Qureshi’s talkshow on Samaa TV in May 2008. I candidly responded that all parliamentarians whether in government or opposition had to be accountable to the people of Pakistan for their productivity as legislators. The question raised was how were the people going to judge each parliamentarian if their productivity was not presented to them. The idea of a website seemed the best way to put oneself in the ‘awaami katera’. In this spirit I have undertaken the website route. I hope that I will be able to play more of a ‘firm and constructive opposition’ role through your useful suggestions and recommendations. At this point I would also like to share the OATH which I took on March 17 2008. This oath means a lot to me; and in certain National Assembly debates which are truly not contributing to the resolution of the issues of the common man, I often think of this oath and how we are accountable for our time to the awaam …
OATH OF OFFICE
FOR
MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF PAKISTAN
[Under Article 65 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan]
Bismillah-He-Rehman Ne-Raheem
I, Marvi Memon, do solemnly swear that I will bear true faith and allegiance to Pakistan: That as a member of the National Assembly, I will perform my functions honestly, to the best of my ability, faithfully, in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the law, and the rules of Assembly, and always in the interest of sovereignty, integrity, solidarity, well-being and prosperity of Pakistan:That I will strive to preserve the Islamic Ideology which is the basis for the creation of Pakistan:and that I will preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. May Allah Almighty help and guide me (A’meen).

@awais
1. / “Rest is the history so I do not want to comment on it any more and we have to focus on future now”
Yes that is history and is available as docus to highlight, as fate through out your career and profile, whenever and wherever you go.
Those who defy and deceive historical events have no option to compare and respond under similar situation.
Tel me any single mode and way, to get rid of such historical criticism that became your part and parcel.
You will never find a single way out to escape such event.
This is the strength and weightage that is a potential resident of history.
Mr. Awais losses as masses are recoverable, but losses as matter become incredible.
Past, present and future is the period between birth and death.
It is such an artistic logarithm that moves continuously with unbelievable tendency, as shift.
These tenses revolves around the horizon of their own domain thereby expressing, the frame of time of individual.
You have missed your past which was your present, then (that day), and you have missed your future as well (today) as it was your future (that day).
It’s a time machine with no define frame and infrastructure but a n organized ,slow ,steady continuous, rollover of time granted between ,as I said, birth and death, by different ways of expression and tenses.
2/.“Every one has the reason and right to live according to their pattern and ways”
Yes! Every one has the reason and right to live according to their pattern and ways ……….but, such prerogative is restrictive, within, own domain and premises.
