Is Kiani the true son of the soil?

Now that the ruling coalition has decided and announced that Musharraf (the most unpopular President of Pakistan and the second most unpopular President in the World after G W Bush) would be impeached. It is quite obvious that they are now aware that the patience of the nation has reached its breaking point and they have to address this issue at least to the extent of putting up a show. Perhaps that is the reason the coalition has announced that Musharraf would be booted off and then all the deposed judges would be restored to pre Nov. 3 position. This all seems like a dream but to be very precise if this does not happen now it will never happen in future.

The political leadership, no matter how spineless, is now standing by (or at least acting to do so) the majority of the nation (i.e. 86%) that wants Musharraf to go. If the political leadership and the nation is vying for Musharraf’s ouster then we all including Musharraf and his camp know that the only savior for Musharraf would be Constitution’s Article 58 (ii) (b), which can be only invoked by the support of the Army, as always been the case. Therefore, the Army would again be used against its people. We mustn’t forget the repercussions of such an oppression i.e. disintegration similar to the fall of Dhaka. If this mistake is repeated it will be no different than the Dhaka fall. One observation is that our Army comprises of 70% of the people from the province of Punjab and this time the most assertive voice to remove the Musharraf has come from Punjab. Using Army in this situation would mean not only they would be oppressing the weaker provinces but also the province that has given it most of the recruits. This means this confrontation would be more severe than oppressing the Bengalis and would hit Pakistan very severely. Imagine can a country remain intact if its people and the Army confront each other. The answer is a dreaded one. No.

Now the test is not of Musharraf or the political leaders but of General Pervez Kiani. If he is a true soldier he will not allow his country to crumble and fade merely to save one person who has driven Pakistan into all sorts of chaos and mess. However, if he follows instructions from Musharraf’s dear friend (who heads the list of most unpopular President in the World) then God save us. Sadly bloodsheds, turmoil and losses will give birth to several states which the CIA already has planned and anticipating since very many years quoted Ralph Peters from his article Blood Borders published in American Armed Forces Journal http://www.armedforcesjournal.com.

If Kiani doesn’t support Musharraf (which will happen for the first time in 60 years history of Pakistan) we the nation will win and the establishment will experience defeat. The judiciary has done its bit, the political leaderships will do their’s but eventually all will boil down to General Pervez Kiani. This is nobody’s test of character but yours and only yours Mr. Kiani. Are you the true son of the soil?

  1. After February election, it was expected that things would take a role as art of political excellence and terminator of all such event full episodes that became the part of nation during previous lost year from the book of maintenance and profile.

However, prediction of the nation in terms of expectation again became the matter of obsolete composition of maturity of mind.

Then, came, the champions of democracy, to entangle and engage, who were the lords of the land previously.

These previous all time feudal lords and arsenals again perpetuated and exercised their illegitimate dreams that were their all time habit.

Though this time a new face painted on the eventful episode was produced as master mind of the benchers.

First few days, 100 days were granted to bring change .nothing happened.

To be frank, the problem infact exaggerated its normal behavior even.

It was predicted from day one that interest level of theses previous Nikes have different motive this time, and is evident now.

But still people, like always expanded the thinking level and allowed the myth to continue and takes it course as decided by the awardees.

After expedition of the quarter, assessment became the controversy and, examinee was found guilty of not bearing capabilities that was imagined.

However justification from the examinee was produced, as time allotted has little mermaid.

If I held inquiry at this level of achievement and time, I have no option but to throw the benchers of present reign out of benches as I see no potential to rollover further.

This is my feel of perception. if I conclude and evaluate from the table of power ,present failure of the governance in term of policy ,plan, execution and disorganization, I would simply cut off the supply line ,tagging ,displeasure and immediate removal .

  2. Is Asim Akhund is the true son of soil? I wish he is not and if he is; he must be thrown out of the soil forever because of inciting hatred and partiality among communities.

Asim, The caption you chosen (for your article) is enough for different nationalities (living in Pakistan)to think seriously to have their own soil.

I fear Punjabis will make awake many sleeping communities to stand for their own soil with this most stupid proverb, “SON OF THE SOIL”

    UTTER NONSENSE AND RUBBISH!!!
