Allotment of Residential Plots in Sector I-16

Islamabad through lucky draw

Capital Development Authority invites applications for allotment of residential plots in sector I-16, Islamabad through Balloting.

Brochures containing terms and conditions and applications form will be available at the designated branches of MCS (Toll free 0800-69622) and Askari Bank Limited (Toll free 0800-000-78) from 30-09-2009 for Rs. 1000/- (within Pakistan) and US $ 20/- for applicants (outside Pakistan)

Last date for accepting applications

    Dear Sir: I went to MCB for form and brochure. I was told to pay Rs. 1000/. for brochure that contains the application form.

    I wanted to know the prices of plots and other terms and conditions. To do that I must spend Rs. 1000/-. Suppose I purchase your brochure and dont like the price and terms and conditions and resultantly do not apply for the plot. In this case I will lose my Rs. 1000/-/

    Your website does not give prices of plots and terms and conditions for procurement of plots in I-16.

    I hope you understand my problem. Can you do something.

    what a beging style it is cheating and looting of c d a by not leting people know project details so one has to spend 1000 then u come to know oh it is not for me due to many reason what a welfare c d a and sleeping govt just think of money they will loot through sale of brochers ‘just ask them what about alloties of i 15 flats who has deposited more than ten lac since five years.many of the aloties may not living in this world like my great father (may ALLAH REST HIS SOUL IN PEACE)
