How Much VOA Pays to GEO To Be on Prime Time?

GEO, which airs the programs very selectively and it’s very expensive to run even an advertisement of few seconds, run VOA on daily basis.
It’s hard to believe and even imagine that GEO itself buys the VOA and broadcasts it. Because VOA is bland, tasteless and is sheer American propaganda in Urdu by the Pakistani-looking expats sprinkled with some Indian voices and faces. It funnily tries to cover some different topic, which unsuccessfully tries to synergize it into improving the American image in Pakistan.
There is every reason to believe that Voice of America is aired through the GEO TV on the insistence of the Americans and one is really curious to know as how much they pay the GEO? GEO which never gets tired of talking of sovernigty and dignity and Pakistan interest and thrives on some anchors who publicly criticize America in bitter fashion. The question is why they then become mouth piece of America for half an hour daily in their prime time?

am I the only one you dont care about anything geo does to its primetime? to me I listen from one and hear out from another, I probably dont even remember what topic was on last time I saw VOA.
