Karachi and Lahore are occupied by more than 50% of Katchi Abadis. How these Katchi Abadis are formed. Because of abundance of people and lack of country’s resources to cope with increasing population.

Most of Katchi Abadis in Karachi are illegals (all of them since 1984) . The people living in these K.A. are using water and electricity by illegal means.

I used to survey one of these and Iliterally found not less than 6 children in each house and in some houses even 9 or 10 children and they were living in worst conditions. Because they are so poor so they could not provide their children with basic education.

All blaming to their fate and destiny !

Tomorrow demolish all those illegal Katchi Abadis, remove all encraochments and disconnect all kundas and illegal water supply lines to these katchi Abadis, Not only 90% of karachi’s and Lahore’s water/power problems will be sorted out but it would reduce the no. of street crimes as well.

More than 80% crimes originates from these Katchi Abadis. After BB murder a no of people complained that the people who did loot and arsons came from nearby katchi abadi.

I am not against poors or poverty but 80% of the poors are responsible for themselves being poor.

Actually psychologically if we evaluate in the light of a behavioral science and psychiatrist ,we can reach to a point of disclosure indicating our desire to rectify what has been derange .this is all opinion oriented discussion.

Some may have good approach due to their subject of interest whereas few may have opinion that is only an angle of another view.

But the theme is we all wana system that may uplift our desire and progeny .we want things to be implemented and system to start its role .we are now ready to be the part and parcel of the system, but few morally litigated individuals it may be any one with different approaches, from any belonging, that are the hurdles to the smooth flow of desire.

In my opinion mo body is here who can deny the importance of present issue, whatever it may be, whether judiciary, poverty, inflation, etc, but the point where people are conflicting is the priorities, preference, and liabilities.

You see we got to differentiate these three important, constituent as per essentiality and in order of standing operative procedures.

You see these factors are not new to the subject .we normally perform our day to day engagement on similar grounds .this is called the sorting.

Sorting can be what is immediate, delayed and pending.
Similarly, it is divided into where to start and what to start first so to effectively culminate the task.

Priorities are issues that you keep above preference.

Preference is match between two objects of same intensity and strength, whereas,

Liabilities are what a mandatory, it is what you can not sacrifice or omit.

You see we got to put things on the platform of sorting .is our society .we got to decide what should be our immediate matter to be solved and what is a delayed.

Grameen Bank CEO requested our State Bank last years that he is interested to start same bank in Pakistan because he has some emotional feelings with Pakistan and he worked as finance minister before Pakistan division BUTTTTTT State Bank refused it. I don’t know why but State Bank also assures our other banks stakes… because after all these existing banks have to enjoy high spread of rate between borrowed money and lending money rate.

Grameen Bank is no doubt the best way to finance poor people so that they stand on their own feet.
