Hakimullah Mehsud : Deadlier Than Baitullah Mehsud
By Gul Raiz • Oct 7th, 2009 • Category: Politics, Worth A Second Look • 9 CommentsHow easy and quick it is to strike in the heart of Islamabad that a suicide bomber, clad in F.C uniform sauntered into the reception areas of the World Food Program of United Nations and blasted himself into the face of the poor receptionist who was mildly amazed to see a security person into the lobby, which was unusual. The Pakistani Taliban said that they carried out the suicide attack on a UN compound that killed five aid workers and closed UN offices nationwide in the worst attack in the capital in months.
The euphoria over the death of Baitullah Mehsud had ended with the attack and the capital has become a graveyard again. When it can happen in the F 8/3 sector of Islamabad, then it can happen anywhere in the country. It has been once again proved that no road blocks, barriers, barbed razor wires, security CCTV cameras, dogs, sniffers, sensors and the army of security guards and posse of intelligence agencies could prevent the terrorist attacks.
We have to strike in South Waziristan, and do the carpet bombing. Cluster bombs, mother of all bombs, hell we have got to use every sort of bombs to wipe out these terrorist from the face of the earth. Hell with the drones, we have to make every plane of airforce a drone and bomb the South Waziristan day in and day out till the mountains melt. And yes why not nukes, as we have them for our enemies and right now terrorists are our number one enemy.
Before giving me the shut up call, please, I plead with you, please go and meet with the families of those people whose brothers, fathers, husbands, sisters and mothers are dead. Remember the suicide attack occurred in Wah Cantt almost couple of years ago, in which hundreds of poor laborers died? Their orphans are now begging on the roads and their women are in inexplicable conditions. Before bashing at me, go and see those people.
Pakistanis stand united against these terrorists and the tribes of Waziristan, especially the Mehsud tribe is guilty too as they are the ones who are protecting, facilitating, and harboring the terrorists and the whole leadership of TTP belongs to Mehsud. Pakistanis won’t even extend helping hand to these Mehsud when they leave their area in case of much needed operation. These Mehsuds have ruined Pakistan.
Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan’s new head Hakimullah Mehsud, flanked by Qari Hussain Mehsud, Qari Zafar and Waliur Rehman has met with the journalists and has told them that they would keep on attacking Pakistan. Qari Hussain is the mastermind behind the suicide bombers. Waliur Rehman has become the operational commander in the South Waziristan, and Qari Zafar is another fugitive.
As the Mehsuds have once again pledged to wage a war against Pakistan, its time to act very strongly, and our security forces must not give more time to terrorists to attack Islamabad or Peshawar or any other city again. Hakimullah has got no moral or ethical sense. He has remained the commander in Kurram, Khyber and Orakzai Agency and was notorious for his criminal conduct. These thugs have got enough money and power and suicide bombers to rock the country and they should be wiped out in their lair before they inflict more misery and pain over the Pakistanis.

Generalization of Mehsud tribe as terrorists is very unjustified and you are basically calling for a genocide of innocent people who are as miserable as we are, but more than the people in Islamabad who have got at least some life to live.
You need to read about Taliban and more about their history and composition. You will be surprised to know that a huge number of Taliban belong to foreign countries and also from South Punjab, interior Sindh.
Gen gul riaz from where you had completed your war course to handle tribal belts insurgency with such mighty ways.
Your ideal leader should be sadam hussain who also adopted same techniques to eradicate his invisible enemies by simply using a chemical gas or surely gen kiyani who left no forceful war actions except nuclear missile technology for handling handful of insurgents by displacing millions and then watched this disaster through the flight of F16.By using this supersonic flight he would have been thoroughly viewed the destruction and miseries of locals.

If govt. will not end social injustice we will see much more disturbance in future.

The Taliban Murderers shuld not be spared, They shuld be eliminated,They do have a Human face, but they shuld not be spared. They shuld be talked in the same language which they talk with others,

No one is born killer or prostitute it is their trainer and their circumstances that produce such negative character in a ignorant society.
You required American drones to kill baitullah Mehsud. Hakeemullah is deadlier. so you require american drones. You require American dollars but your Army will want only the dollars but not do as the pay master says.So Kerry lugar posturing.But Americans are pursuing their agenda.
Terrorists must not be spared. Period.
It’s about time we quit clawing at the past every time we have to talk about how Taliban came in to being. Those who created them, harvested them, trained them and sheltered them are long gone. So are the ones they trained! The new generation of Taliban IS NOT what it’s predecessors were so don’t confuse the two and use ‘who started it’ as the age old excuse to defend what they do!
Whether aided by external forces or operating with their own free will - these people are enemies of the state. They deserve being bombed, arrested, tortured, interrogated and eventually executed! No one is born a killer but it is not always their nature or circumstances that lead them to become one. It is also the greed for power, authority and a disturbed/brainwashed mindset that attributed to their state.
This WAR is not a conventional war. It is NOT pitching brothers against brothers as some people might think. No enemy of Pakistan or one who kills Pakistanis and that too on Pakistani soil is a brother of ours - religions, state, or otherwise. This war needs to fought in long, painful, and slow series of victories by the Army followed by immediate relief, de-talibanization, social reforms, education, jobs and provisions of basic necessities by the governmen. If the war torn regions are not compensated in the aftermath, we will never see the end of terrorism because one thing that Taliban exploit more than any thing else is a poor man’s realization of how poor and ignored he really is by the very country he is a citizen of.
It is as simple and as complicated as that !!
The Pakistan Army is doing what they are trained to do to defend every inch of our motherland. If any one needs to wake up and sort their act out, it is our ‘oh so democratic government’. Social uplift and favorable economic policies to raise standards of living are for the government to do!
