Fazlur Rehman’s New Qibla : Zardari House
By Salman Mugsi • Aug 24th, 2008 • Category: Politics • (4,267 views) • 18 CommentsFazlur Rehman is the leading hypocrite of Pakistan. He has proven his dissimulator role time and again, and it was extremely painful to see him standing between the leaders of ruling coalition. He was the one who cajoled and 17th amendment got passed and allowed Musharraf constitutional cover, and he was the one who kept the NWFP assembly intact last year to provide a phony pillar of support to Musharraf’s reelection as the president.
Fazlur Rehman remained the dark agent of Pervez Musharraf during all the years of his dark rule, and Fazlur Rehman made sure that opposition from the platform of APDM never took off and his destruction was so consummate that now APDM is almost a defunct coalition. Fazlur Rehman always wanted to become Prime Minister after Chaudhary Shujaat and Shaukat Aziz and now he wants to become President, but has been told otherwise and promised some other lucrative post in the new setup.
Now Fazlur Rehman has changed his masters. As Musharraf is out, the new “qibla” of Fazlur Rehman is Zardari House.
Zardari has assigned similar task to Fazlur, which was assigned by Musharraf. That is to weave the tentacles of intrigue to choke the minds of the friends and foes. Fazlur Rehman has succeeded in his first test and managed to acquire a new deadline and along with that he has also said that there could be some days before and after to the deadline. According to another media news, thousands of cannals of land in Dera Ismail Khan has been given on lease for 99 years to the relatives and friends of Fazlur Rehman.

Excellent title…
Kare Mulla fee sabeelillah Fasad applies to people like Maulana Fazal…..

i very well remember that the only & genuine chairman ppp shaheed z. a. bhutto never liked to talk with the people like “Fazlu” and he threw out the “ABBA JEE” (MUFTI MOODA) out of the national assembly. But unfortunately, now the so-called “co-chairman” (Killer of Shaheed BB & Meerjafar-e-Azam & Agent of Mush) has given lift to this LOTA (Maulana Diesel), very unfortunate for the nation.

Calling Fazl-ur-Rehman a maulana would be a tauheen of this word ‘cuz he really is a characterless and a very cunning person. As there is a saying, ‘neem hakem khatraye jaan aur neem mulla khatraye imaan’, fazlu is the same case. When he doesnt see any benefit in going on with zardari, he will change his ‘qibla’ again. Well really cant blame him for all this ‘cuz this is what politics is all about, almost everyone’s the same.

Kiran, first you condemn this ‘poor creature’ and then you say, “Well really cant blame him for all this ‘cuz this is what politics is all about, almost everyone’s the same.”
Now, what is it can you help with this puzzle? Is he good, bad? Is it typical of him, or all the maulvis, or all the politicians, or just the ‘ hybrid’ maulvi politicians? What is it?

Aftab, see Fazlur has also confused the commentators here. Mugsi is right when he says that Fazlur chokes and Kiran also hits the nail when she says that it is a sin to call Maulana to Fazlur.

Height of Hypocrisy

@ Aftab
I said so because he is just playing the game like everyone else (including the so-called mullas who are a part of this pilotics thing). Obviously if he wants to a part of politics, he has to play it and everybody is doing the same so its not only him who is to be blamed but by saying this I donot mean that he is good, just saying that its not his fault if he is playing the game ‘cuz if he doesnt he will be left behind.

Sabeen, I am not ‘too’ confused, all I am trying to figure out is : who from us should be deciding what ’sin’ is and is it any of our business to worry about other people’s sins here. And if Maulana’s fault is changing his political stand, then do you think that politics a science of ‘empirical nature’ with hard and fast rules or is it ‘fine arts’ with the flexibility to adjust to changing scenarios? After all the world and its affairs, ours included, can not be reduced to a ‘binary system’, it is much more complicated than either ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Am I, absolutely wrong here?
Kiran, so now may I assume that you really don’t want to commit yourself either way? He is not ‘bad’ and he is not ‘good’ - what is it that he is then - shall we say a normal person just like you and me and our neighbors - a bit of everything, right?

@ Aftab
You are not getting me, i never said that he isnt bad, infact i said that he is a characterless and cunning person and what he is doing is morally not right….but what im saying is that he alone is not to be blamed ‘cuz all politicians are the same and he is just doing what others do to survive in this dirty game of politics, fair play if possible, foul play if needed…..this is what politics is all about. And if you have any confusions even now, i take my words back….is that okay?
