Either Iftikhar or Musharraf

He has already said couple of times that Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary is “scum” of earth and a “third class” person, and Musharraf has said that he would be there to see that judges don’t come again and pollute the nation from the top.
So that means that when after 30th April the deadline to reinstate the judges will end, Musharraf would have no choice but either to dissolve assembly through 58 (2) b and declare emergency and depose judges once again, or the other more likely option would be that he just quits the scene.
Now as the PML-Q is also distancing itself from President Musharraf and Musharraf has also shoot some strange angry remarks against PML-Q leadership, things are quite hopeful that the time has come for the departure of Musharraf.
It seems that the promised change is just round the corner.

IF DEPOSED CJ THINKS HE IS “CLEAN” - HE SHOULD OFFER HIMSELF TO FACE THE CONSTITUTIONAL SUPREME JUDICIAL COUNCIL AS IT STOOD BEFORE 9TH MARCH 2007….. AND FOLLOW THE LEGAL PROCEDURE .. INSTEAD OF TURNING HIMSELF INTO A POLITICAL PUPPET .. WHICH OFCOURSE HE HAS ALREADY DONE …. I THINK THE ONLY WAY HE CAN RETURN RESPECTFULLY IN THE EYES OF THE AWAM IS BY CLEARING HIMSELF - SINCE MANY BELIEVE THE REFERENCE WAS RIGHT ! THE WHOLE THING WAS A MOVE TO PRE-EMPT THE DESCISION OF THE SJC……

I agree with musharaf , Iftikhar is a Scum,cheat and a third class person.No SCJ has so shamelessly entered the political scene, like him. It showshow far he went when he was in the Chair. Can he provide Justice. NO SIR.
Our justice system is in shambles, what did the leeches (lawyers) do to correct the same. these leeches of Pkaistan have always been used By Politicians so shamlessly. Speciayl Aitzaz Ahsan.

for a moment place President in Justice Iftikhar’s Shoes and Vice Versa and then tell me what are your comments. I mean Justice Iftikhar is President Iftikhar and President Musharraf is Justice Musharraf then ?

For the sake of anaylasis you can put Iftikhar and Musharaf in reverse positions, it would be putting the situation away from the factual issues. It can be a thought which can generate discussion to no limits.WHY SIR. It is not a Lollywood movie. We pakistani’s would like to live in dream and romantic world. Look at the garbage we provide to entertain our Punjabi and Pakhtoon masses, through Sultan Rahi (marhoom) and Musarrat shaheen.

time is reaching its final destiny as destined by nature .who ever stays will observe the black day .its the game between we, he and they .so lets see if we, he or they wins .looser has always a scope to win .winner has only one choice, to get the trophy or be a looser .it is all the game of word. The topic should be like that “either iftikhar or Iftikhar”Musharaf is no more choice of a Pakistani nation and this is not what I am saying ,these are the voices of those people who worked either by choice or in weakness of their materialistc desires are openly saying in public places.Ifitkhar reinstatement dosnt indicate the supremacy of one personility but it shows the power of people,rule of law and end of one man show in our system.If we dont succeed in doing so then be ready to train and secure another military or civilian dictator for leading us toward stone age.

I still remember Musharrad excuse of imposing war of terrorism on us that US said if Pakistan will not cooperate then we will take it to stone age…but even Mushi and Army cooperated with them even more than Iraq and Afghan so called govt… we reached a stone age… an age where there is no electricity…no Roti…No chawal…no gas…no mney…no jobs… Thanks to Musharraf for all this. Go Mushi Go…!

I think this man (Suo Moto Iftikhar) should be prosecuted by an open trial for giving a halt to the progress and development of Pakistan, rreleasing terrorist from prison, interferring unnecessarily in gvt. day to day affairs. He is the mean, ego-centric and selfish person with hidden agenda of destablizing country. He is a characterless person who took oath under separate PCO by himself

He is an ego-centric person and partly responsible for the 12th May bloodshed. Believe I would have been Aashique of Iftikhar, had he cancelled the Karachi visit on 12th May.
Do you know all the foreign investment has been stopped since 9 March, 2007 due to this man’s stubbornness. I wish he had announced his retirement soon after his meeting with Musharraf only for the sake of the country.
To hell with the lawyers movement. Pakistan was rising before these enemies of Pakistan started their movement, which is against the law and against the constitution, president has forwarded Ch. Ifti case to the Supreme Judicial Council according to the constitution. But these culprits (Aitazaz, Kurd, Munir, Imran , Qazi and Nawaza) took this issue to the streets.
