Education, a Horizon based Methodology

Education is a horizon based methodology.

It starts its course as selective domain but expands into tangential fashion.

Initially education has static perception residing over selective stress as essential mother of all ,later it expand in to phenomenon of receive impulses to interpretation with application and transformation of impulses in to thoughts, and then coordinated generated activity with conclusive act, thus changing its domain in to literacy, as literate, knowledgeable, and learned.

It is a continuous process of human superiority.

Being a process marked by different platform of essential crossways, as stages, this horizon based methodology can be curtailed at any stage.

However, at the achievement of its highest parameter or stage, it again shatters in to special sub domains with specific entities.

It is this entity that curtails education in to different field of specialties. Here the process selectively anchors and permit only classical, distinctive, and characteristic related approaches to the acquired knowledge as education in the form of specialist.

If I revert back my discussion, to the highest parameter or peak stage of education where shattering and sub domains are formed, I would have an opinion that it is this central destination that is known as basic education.

Conceptually, this central destination is normally taken as the basic degree or qualification necessary to tag individual as educated.

It is this point where multiple reservations and thoughts in the form of questionnaire arise and unless been critically reviewed, can not fulfill the requisite criteria of discussion.

The main stay of reservation here are,

Is it the real point of concern, if we perceive population at large to be tagged as educated?

Is this point, a realm, that one has to qualify in order to be tagged educated?

Are we justified with this concept by mutual understanding that, every individual with any bearing or belonging must be and up to , familiar to the said destination as to be a part and parcel of effective system of education?

If I consider this point as essential in terms of education, it will be highly unjustified with population that has no opportunity to manage such extreme of qualification because of their innate, economical, endemic, financial and traditional taboos.

Similarly opportunities being rewarded and granted, as per their system, sight, scenes, region, backgrounds in terms of residence, will again be a factor that will again curtail and suffer a large number of populations.

However excuses in the contest can not be welcome when it’s the matter of national interest and nation.

Under such observable, theme, what should be the ideal allocation and distribution of education to promulgate that can enhance the national scope of horizon in terms of education, which may ultimately prove beneficial to the community, nation and system?

If I perceive and plan, such ideas to be implemented from grass root level to the basic central point of shattering ,I would never gain success as regard to the effective implementation however ,keeping the horizon based methodology ,the falling elements would be different as compared to central point ..

What are these falling elements that may support the discussion in lieu of the basic system of education and horizon based methodology, and easy accessible approach to implementation and people compliance with effective increase in perception and day to day engagements?

These are the criteria that demands implementation as basic education up to and on to the ground level of secondary, prior to indulgence in certification examination, which in our system of education is called pre board examination.

In my opinion it is this basic system of education in terms of reading and writing that may improve this horizon base methodology of education, supporting the population at large, in the contest of day to day affairs and essential requirement in daily management.

Although the subject may have many perspective in the reservation of critics, but implementing a system without considering the ground realities are the precursors of failed policies.

In terms of medical terminology,

A system is an integrated chain of events that takes its course as endemic, becomes epidemic by exercising it power in the shape of signs and symptoms, in to a full blown disease with pandemic characteristic, making the society to suffer at large ,thus acquiring as resident disease ,normally occurring in a population.

To initiate such system as part and parcel of the community in terms of education, modes and method to exercise, basic system of education is a necessity so to create this horizon base methodology.
