Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan is the man under the arm of Nawaz Sharif, who has damaged PML-N even more than Chaudhary Shujaat and even Pervez Musharraf. He always give wrong advises at the right moments.

It was Nisars’ stubborness which forces Nawaz Sharif to give priority to Musharraf and bypass many senior generals to become chief of army staff, back in their days of glory, and it was Chaudhary Nisar who then forces a reluctant Nawaz Sharif to accept exile, and now it was Chaudhary Nisar who without asking from Sharifs held a press conference against Salman Taseer and severe the relations from the outset.

Now this Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan has been thoroughly made a dunderhead and a lunky, as Chaudharies of Gujrat used him as a tissue paper and then disposed him off. Pervez Musharraf used his aide Tariq Aziz to oust Chaudharies from the leadership of PML-Q and he wanted to replace them with Hamid Nasir Chattha. Chaudharies arranged a “coincidental” meeting of Nisar in the flight from Lahore to Islamabad and talked at length. Nisar thought that perhaps Chaudharies were ready to fall in his lap and he showed his eagerness to use them against Musharraf.

Smart Chaudharies had other plans. They wanted to give Musharraf an impression of having a patch-up with PML-N, and they succeeded. Musharraf was dumbfounded and he immediately called up Chaudharies and told them that he was happy with their leadership and there is no possibility of replacing them.

Nawaz Sharif should watch out around him.
