Problem in Pakistan is whenever there is a reversion of democratic process from military dominancy the most devastating element that cause reinvasion by the undemocratic forces is the attitude of the people that shows disgruntle and untoward behavior by blackmailing through the platform of their nuisance as professional excellence.

These behaviors almost never gain momentum during the era of extreme of reservation while in dictatorial reign.

This is because the rule of law is almost always suspended and the flag of violation of human rights is set aside, thus creating a direct expression of standing operative procedure thereby blacklisting any such organization within the organization that may counter or create such untoward happening.

The reason for such strict obligatory orders are two fold, that is, to continue smooth and efficient working so to create minimum embezzlement hence creating problem free reign of the period without attentive episodes on the issue, and second to confiscate and arrest all such likely factors that may prove in the sense of trouble thereby in any case creating, a fuss free environment for expanded tenure as much is possible.

Astonishingly such measures works and no one in the contest of such acts are found guilty hence supporting the theme of dictatorship to proceed without hindrance.

However, if at all, such factors stands in the dark reign as unwillingness, expulsion with rejection of appeal at almost all platforms become the destiny and fate.

Although such acts are considered as brutal and unethical in the books of democracy and human rights and service rules and regulation but if we closely observe the theme, discipline becomes the trait of these professionals at least to the extent of service provider.

If I put a an aerial view on the modus operandi and approaches of different set up and business community whether private ,own or government organizations almost all are indulge in to a similar epos tile of flavor as association threatening to halt whenever being targeted or answerable to the implementing functionaries.

The extent of threat even extend to cessation of the essential element of survival and basic need as well knowingly that the end user would always be the citizen.

In a closed perspective tractor trolley associations to union of sweeper whereas doctors association to some politically backed union in government institution are the mainstay of such reservations.

What is the point of deviation in such approaches as demands in different era by same personalities?

Why that is, these people in the form of mob becomes aggregative in democratic environment whereas in dictatorial regimen none bother to cross their own front so to confront.

In my opinion there seems to be only one answer and that is the conversion of right to speak and react adopts a silence mode thereby making abidance of obligatory new orders as mandatory orders in a dictatorial reign .

Although this particular strict obligatory dictatorial service requirement are almost practice in every private organization which is the factor of condemnation of dictators but we being part of such setups does not even perceive the essence of the theme at our place of works.

Any body working in a private sector is aware of this fact that, a day of denial is the last day at dome (Dr Raza).

If I closely evaluate the structural organization and architectural designing of the recruitment and selection procedure of these government backed organization and institutions, almost every department have lost the version and insignia of merit thereby compromising the qualification and ultimate output in terms of excellence and turnout as professionals and groom, with expertise in subject and orientation in advancements.

Thus, tagging them an old limited handy reservoir of obsolete version of thoughts, with typical gesture in scenes of requirement and mandatory assignment, when ever, exposed to impress the audience by reaction.

Resultant is the same as can be assessed in comparative behavior and excellence between an advance copy and an old version.

Age is a factor that continuously wean off the tendency of the human to react and respond in need of requirement.

Education uplifts the response in reaction by articulating the backup knowledge.

Exposure prepare for the recommended reaction.

Advancement procures new modes to counter.

Merit assimilates these factors in to separate shining slots so to bring change.

It is this loss of merit that has entered the system thereby sabotaging the entire element including norms and tradition as professionals.

In my opinion, service rules and regulation, need to be reviewed and strict obligatory rules in terms of expulsion should be applied whenever there is a breach of such obligatory acts of professionalism if crossed and sacrificed , with standing operative procedure in terms of laid down legislation to hold the act ,so to be challenged in any court of law .

However high level scrutiny with in the premises of the organization in judicial custody as reinforcement and check need to be the part for such actions.
