Dark Chocolates are Really Healthy

Dark chocolate is supposed to be healthier and much more beneficial than regular or milk chocolate. Well here I tried to find about what experts say about dark chocolate.

A study conducted at Germany’s University Hospital of Cologne shows that eating small amounts (approx 30 calories of it per day) of the Dark chocolate can lower blood pressure and the cardiovascular system running well.

Many of the dark chocolates are made free of sugar so they’re a better for those with high blood sugar.

Pure dark chocolates which have a high concentration of cocoa are rich in antioxidants, and I must add here that antioxidants are great for the body and the heart. And antioxidants have also cancer fighting properties.

The dark chocolate contains serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant. So here I mean to say that eat some dark chocolate if feel depressed or frustrated.
