Can MQM Really End Terrorism in 10 Hours?
By Salman Mugsi • Dec 9th, 2009 • Category: Politics • 17 CommentsI am sure that my respectable fellow blogger Gul Raiz would be rendered speechless by the statement given by head honcho of MQM Altaf Hussain, in which he claimed that given the rule, MQM would wipe out menace of terrorism within hours, 10 to the most. Gul Raiz, who is so convinced that only an atomic bomb dropped on FATA can do the works must have been thinking that only his method could do that in hours, but what’s cooking in the mind of Altaf Hussain?
Do Altaf Hussain also intends to drop a nuke or hydrogen bomb on the FATA?
I mean what to make out of this sweeping statement of a party head? It’s not about the usual tactics of MQM by which they first tame or buy the local thugs of any area and then make them incharges and then start terrifying the people and thrive on bhatta khori. It’s hard to imagine tribal people dishing out bhatta to Altaf Hussain and sitting stoned and terrified in the Altaf bhai’s incongruous addresses from London the comfy.
May be Mustafa Azizabadi will write a new series of poems against terroris to finish it off once and for all.
Do you have any idea as how MQM is going to eliminate terrorism within ten hours?

This is our tragedy that we don’t trust on mqm and specially on its high profile leadership for such claim,
There is no harm in giving them chance as now humain ab dawa kee naheen dua ke zoorarat hay. so peer altaf might have secret power which he attained during his lengthy prolonged telephonic conversion, the only source of communication between his latent leadership and his lovers.We should at least consider him an inestimable creature in the politics of Pakistan and give him this assignment and should wait for a while for shocking miracle to be happen and that is our all time favorite demand as a weak nation on scrambled issues.
At least we should give him chance of doing something other than dramatic wailing, crying and yelling etc
Karachi has not suffered bySuicide Attack in last two years. Maye be Altaf is right.
Cut terror with terror…..is what they mean
They can do it easily given their track record i.e. 12th May and 9th March are of recent memory. Even their city Nazim is rumoured to have said recently ” Altaf Bhai hukum karein tau androon-e-Sindh 5000 laashein aik raat main bhej sakte hain”.

can any one help me to find any tutta phutta(broken) Taliban from any where as I want to question him that in this long war why they didn’t blow any mqm person who all time sprayed poison for them and on their activities.
They are throughout picking poor Punjabis and pukhttons community of showing their anger to US and nato forces.Do they think that Punjabi or pathans have any special grudges against them.
They really ignored this fact that attack on them was planned by mqm lover Musharraf and he executed this game under his supervision.
So why they spared all mqm ministers living in Islamabad area close to them or other representatives enjoying state authority in Karachi where 40%population is from northern side.
really I am unduly curious to know real reasons of Taliban reluctance for granting mqm exemption on this prolong target killing.
It’s now on public record that Nazia is urging terrorists to attack Karachi.
Nazia & Co. dont worry that Karachi is not being attacked. You should be curious why such terorism is strikng where it is striking. Terrorism by anyone or wherever happening is condemnable and anti human let alone Islamic.
Well, 10 hrs is bit hyperbolic but yes they know the way.
Karachi is safe in my guess because of the connections in underworld. The strong connection with these elements give the oppertunity to keep check on them and not allow the criminals to become traitors.
And additional ability of fetching the information from every street n corner, arrivals of suspected strangers, which otherwise is impossible for our policing machinery to attain.

I am not urging or opposing their targets I am just giving you conclusive picture.Altaf baji is sending hate transmission for Taliban from UK office but poor Taliban even mullah omer like people are not interested in verbal response to quaid e Karachi.MQM has adopted this anti Taliban theme since the time of Musharraf but wisdom- free , blind and deaf Taliban never heard their voice and in wrong response they hit wrong targets who even are not interested on their activities.
It is my bad luck or chance just a month before GHQ attack I had serious argument with a senior officer of GHQ that why senior officers and their offices were spared by these well organized and trained terrorists who just picked ordinary and working class of Pakistan.
And you see that two events of attack on their installation happened.
Now it is heard that this officer is ferociously looking for me after such deadly attack.
So please give me excuse of innocence if something happen to mqm people.

From my point of view both mqm and Taliban are replica of each other designed by a single mind but used on different culture and geographic areas that is why responding differently.

it is not very old past but we should nt forget the incident of terrorism on qadri groups and then may 12, Oct attack on bhutto or 4 th April event.
All events were being organized against the wishes of Musharraf and mqm and people saw that killing of people in day light through live telecast,So what lesson is learn that as long as mqm is in equation with ISI no other force would be allowed to organize its strength.So it is not under world it is Mafiasm behind MQM policy that is creating artificial peace in city as long as army is busy in northern side.
The under world which you mention almost comprise 50% pukhtoon origin are involved in drug and arm trafficking, land mafia and kidnapping scams.They all are quite and calm throughout this allegation period on their community,
In only Karachi more than 1000 medresssah with hostel facilities are located but nothing is seeing by the govt to keep vigilance on these buildings and its inhabitants
So you by yourself confessing that it is not matter of particular ethnic group , it is matter of regional politics linked strongly with Afghanistan that has ensued war in our particular side..
At least he has given some measurable targets to the nation. No rhetorics.
Lets give MQM a chance. “the proof of the pudding is in the eating”
this should be more like can the media end it within 10 hours and the answer is yes. I think the media has more power than these political parties and they have the power to stop all this in fractions of seconds. The media should wake up.

We are eating this over cooked pudding for last 15 years and saw the horrible scenes of 1990s, massacre of 12 may and 27 Dec, and other popular and unattended terrorism activities in Karachi including target killing of more than 1000 workers of different political parties.
This pudding has increased our sugar level and now have symptoms of chronic Hyperglycemia, producing a very wide variety of serious complications over a period of 15 years, including kidney damage . neurological and cardiovascular damage, damage to the retina etc.
So before showing hidden talent in such areas where they have no say its better to give justice to victims of army action in Karachi in 1990s or other latest incidents done in Musharraf regime via mqm channel.
Ending terrorism in 10 hours ? May be MQM has some magical powers
I am not a fan of MQM but if they can stop these attacks in 10 hrs I am ready to give 24 hrs to MQM.

the way altaf speaks is the style of a magician, the words he utters are of the same person, please save pakistan from professional magicians.

These magician are running your state affairs for last many year.See the power of this magician that he is controlling the biggest city of Paksitan through telephone.This quality is even not found In Head of states of super powers so through his hidden talent he is doing this for not one or two years but last 19 years Karachi is under control of his mystic power transmitted 6000 km towards our city.
We can request to Mohd Yusha of TPS to help him increase his frequency of black and white magic, so he might serve its community better than before.
