In an article in the Los Angeles Times print edition entitled "Iran leader talks tough on Israel." The article starts with this paragraph, “Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who is Iran's top political and military figure, said his country's hostility to Israel extended beyond the government to the Israeli people as well. In saying so, he was brushing aside recent overtures by top Iranian officials to the Israeli public.”

When you read the last paragraph along with the first you have a disturbing picture that could easily incite Israelis who may view this statement along with Iran’s nuclear program to justify a first strike. “Khamenei said Iran has no problem with Judaism or other religions. "But we are on a collision course with the occupiers of Palestine and the occupiers are the Zionist regime," he said. "This is the position of our regime, our revolution and our people."

Iran is using the Israeli Palestinian confrontation as a rallying issue to divert Iranian public opinion from other problems they face. One of them is an election that many people believe was fixed. Neither Israelis nor Americans really care what goes on in Muslim countries unless their actions and behavior leads to the conclusion that attacks are their objective.

Attention on Muslim countries was heightened by 9-11. Why are Muslims surprised?

Cool down, I don't believe that Israel has the military capability to attack many crucial sites in Iran. If the target was one site it could be easier, but to attack many site it is almost impossible because no one will let Israeli forces to fly over Islamic land before hitting Iran. I think that Israel want other to believe that she can implement the attack in order to pressure Iran to meet with the western demands.
