I think that in giving out the long list of the separatist and dissident group who are, live n kicking and up in their arms with the Indian Central government may give us a clue that who they may be; who had indulged in carrying out the Mumbai like massacre. It is always a fun in mocking others; especially pointing fingers toward country like Pakistan and history shows that India is very good at it.
