Pakistan, in its sixty years has by and large witnessed the same tyranny during the brief spells of so-called democracy.
It’s in the very nature of the army rulers to act in a dictator way, but the question is that why the political parties also act like that? These parties starting acting like pharaohs. They restrict the media, threaten the people, control judiciary, confront the opposition and kowtow in front of the Washington and London.
These parties are also dead against the free judiciary and true democracy. The free media and free judiciary would first filter these parties out of the system and nobody from bureaucracy to top army brass would be spared. Now why Zardari doesn’t want to free the judiciary, simply because he has got the blessing of NRO. There are numerous examples like that for our politicians.
The inning which was played and lost in 1971 in East Pakistan is still aching and reminding us the gruesome realities and follies of our past, but despite of those alarm bells we are still in oblivion and our rulers and leaders are showing no signs of learning from the past.

You are right. No one has never acted as the servant. All of them were dictator one way or the other.

Dear muskan, it will be my last day when I contradict your say. In my opinion your skirt article is always impressive, expressive with conclusive details, sufficient enough to start and offer discussion .this is the charm of any such article being floated to get the opinion. These features with your beautiful name add and attract readers to the platform to trespass in any case through your desk .please take my regards.
Muskan, I feel I should start from your own abstract that,”It’s not that only Fauji dictators have got the exclusive liberty, talent and knack of showing tyrant approach. Pakistan, in its sixty years has by and large witnessed the same tyranny during the brief spells of so-called democracy.” very rightly has been floated and witnessed by your observation l. Muskan in order to enter the table of discussion, we got to go through the discussion of horizon base methodology.
horizon based methodology is define as a self designed organized system of principle, rules and regulation that is restricted in the boundary of interest ,experiences ,requirements and desires , by self implementation. If we perceive and interpret the term dictator in the light of this methodology than as definition predicts a dictator is a person who rules with total authority, often in a cruel manner. . The word has been taken from dictation or a person who dictates. These initials are those of the dictator of the letter.
He is an authoritarian, often totalitarian ruler (e.g. absolutist or autocratic) who assumes sole power over his state, though the term is normally not applied to those who acquire such position by regular constitutional means.
In modern usage, the term “dictator” is generally used to describe a leader who holds and/or abuses an extraordinary amount of personal power, especially the power to make laws without effective restraint by a legislative assembly.
Dictatorships are often characterized by some of these traits such as suspension of elections and of civil liberties; proclamation of a state of emergency; rule by decree; repression of political opponents without abiding by rule of law procedures; single-party state, cult of personality, etc.
The term “dictator” is comparable to although, but not synonymous with the ancient concept of a tyrant, although initially “tyrant”, like “dictator”, did not carry negative connotations
A wide variety of leaders coming to power in a number of different kinds of regimes, such as military, single-party states and civilian governments under personal rule, have been described as dictators.
In ancient Roman, magistrates were appointed temporarily to deal with an immediate crisis or emergency.
In the Roman republic, dictator was a temporary magistrate with extraordinary powers.
He was nominated in times of crisis by a consul, recommended by the Senate, and confirmed by the Comitia Curiata, the dictator’s term was six months or the duration of the crisis, and he had authority over all other magistrates.
“It’s in the very nature of the army rulers to act in a dictator way, but the question is that why the political parties also act like that? These parties starting acting like pharaohs. They restrict the media, threaten the people, control judiciary, and confront the opposition”
]
Dear above abstract is again been taken from your article to defend my version of thoughts so to assemble at some conclusive resort.
. It is a paradox that every dictator has climbed to power on the ladder of free speech. Immediately on attaining power each dictator has suppressed all free speech except his own. — Herbert Clark Hoover
Dear, it’s all the matter of perceiving and interpreting things.
Perceptions and feel has a very little line of demarcation, and most of the times used inadvertently and interchangeably as synonymous.
Up to the point of definition and synonymous arteriation in a vocabulary of books, terminology does not create mess but if we get out of definition and implement the terms on factual ground realities, there seems to be a mass difference.
This is the root cause of deranged directions of thoughts.
You see we feel things through our innate abilities that has been destined by virtue of our god gifted natural tendencies in the shape and format of nature ,as smelling tasting ,sight and seen, hearing, and touching.
These are the modes by which we appreciate the end result or resultant in the form of good, bad, stink, and etc.
However perception is an integrated phenomenon.
It’s the cumulative effect of feel and associated paraphernalia with element of interpretation.
If observe state in the light of perception my feelings would be different, as compared to a person who observe state by his feel, as closed observation would relate element of emotion with in the domain of definition.
Decisions of states are always authoritative and demands implementation.
State has the in born element of administration and administrative methodology is based on rule regulations, enforcement and restrictions, long term impact, fear, obligations and a based criteria and many such element that may create a traditional attitude to follow.
Any trespassing with loose command and unstable and weak implementation, challenges the writ, and this becomes the turning point for a dictator.
Relief in lieu as nation and people is considered as the placebo treatment.
It is this realization that is implemented in the form and format of writ of the state and constitution on platform of dictation.
Dictations are not acceptable at the platform and domain of governance.
What is being said, decided, seen and moved it has to be followed by all.
This is not only the theme of a dictator but also it’s the criteria for governance, however when such authoritative orders are implemented by a person known as dictator, it is always taken as dictation.
As to your query regarding mishandling of various institute of society, similar theme of concepts is applied here as well, so to create resistance free environment which may not impair the process of dictation .any element which may hurdle and equivalence the dictation is controlled through the available mode of curtailing. Please see this is regardless of whether the regimen is controlled by dictator or public governance. The laid down principle of governance is never changed, however mode may be a little swift and acceptable in public opinion, whereas regulations and procedures remains same.
“The free media and free judiciary would first filter these parties out of the system and nobody from bureaucracy to top army brass would be spared. Now why Zardari doesn’t want to free the judiciary, simply because, he has got the blessing of NRO”.
Dear as to your above mentioned abstract, system is governed in the form and format of institution, with defined domains and charter of duties and jurisdictions. Forming and an organized state of governance, none of the institution is above and below the other in define jurisdiction, as such over or under influence can not be expected neither occupies as nuisance. Whenever such domains are breached it crates the environment of anarchy. My regards .
