America Can Afford to Attack Iran

America is using mainly English soldiers in Iraq with its own soldiers and taking massive help of NATO forces in the Afghanistan, and now it intends and has planned to use Israel to attack the Iran. For Pakistan, it has got Indian in the store. With no burden at all on it’s exchequer and with no application of it’s own men, America doesn’t have to think much about attacking Iran, or Pakistan for that matter.

According to the NYT, “The Bush administration is considering the withdrawal of additional combat forces from Iraq beginning in September, according to administration and military officials, raising the prospect of a far more ambitious plan than expected only months ago. Such a withdrawal would be a striking reversal from the nadir of the war in 2006 and 2007. One factor in the consideration is the pressing need for additional American troops in Afghanistan, where the Taliban and other fighters have intensified their insurgency and inflicted a growing number of casualties on Afghans and American-led forces there. More American and allied troops died in Afghanistan than in Iraq in May and June, a trend that has continued this month.”

President George W. Bush of United States has asked Israel to get ready to strike at the nuclear installations of Iran, and US would not attack Iran directly. Rather it would act when Iran would try to retaliate in response to the Israeli attack. Then American would move in from three directions. From Afghanistan, from Iraq and from Arabian Sea; and America wants to grab this world’s second largest oil producer in the matter of days.

In his bid to secure some military victory after the colossal failures in Iraq and Afghanistan, Bush desperately wants to give John McCain, the republican candidate for presidency some thing to hang on in the elections coming November, and what better gift could be than the demolished and bleeding Iran for the John McCain’s electorate, which would vet the Bush policies and would stamp the efficacy of surges across the world by the US military.

McCain has said while talking to media that,”Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran. Iran is dedicated to the destruction of Israel. That alone should concern us but now they are trying for nuclear capabilities. I totally support the President when he says we will not allow Iran to destroy Israel.”
