Just look at the sun, and you will feel change. Just breathe in this air, and you would feel change. Just see at the birds, and see at yourself in the mirror and you will feel change. This change is the herald of the journey towards true democracy, freedom of judiciary and freedom of us to exercise our basic rights.

Those who denied us these have been ousted by the power of votes. PPP is all set to take 110+ seats, while PML-N will be following closely with 100+ seats and ANP will tag along with a decent volume of seats. PML-Q is expected to win somewhere 45+ seats. In the center, a coalition government is in the offing, whose first steps should be to introduce a civilian President while reinstating judges.

In the Punjab Province, PML-N has come back with a heavy thud, which has carpeted the lotas of PML-Quashed. 22 Ministers of previous regime have been thoroughly defeated with huge margins. In Sindh PPP is having a ball, while in NWFP ANP and PPP are having a joint party. PPP has also some seats in Balochistan.

With their splendid performances at national and provincial level, PPP has once again shown its nation-wide reach and it’s truly a national party with roots and seats in every province. PML-N has also done a superb job in Punjab and in the National Assembly.

The war hasn’t ended yet. The forces of status quo are not liking this at all. They cannot see this nation happy. They will strike from behind, and we have got to be ver cautious. Now nation has done its duty, and now it’s up to Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif to surge ahead and think out-of-the-box on national level and prefer national interest on party and vested interests. PPP, PML-N,ANP, and MQM should form government in Center with the Prime Minister from PPP, PML-N should rule in Punjab, while PPP and MQM in Sindh, and PPP and ANP in NWFP and Balochistan would have as usual a coalition government in which half of the assembly will be comprising of ministers.

  1. Its just about to dawn after the long and gloomy night of national distress and destruction. The elections results are a resouding evidence of the fact that we as a nation have risen just in time to oust those who were prepared to push us towards a void of destruction.
Thumbs up the Pakistani nation! Hopes are just about to bloom!
