Rich Foods that you should include in your Daily Diet

There are foods that we use daily but do you know how much advantageous these can be?                         

Garlic helps in restoration of tissues and also lessens the wrinkles.

Tomatoes are rich in Potassium, Vitamin C & A and Vitamin A is known for its anti-wrinkling affect. Sweet Potatoes also have Vitamin A in Great amount.

Yougart is rich in calcium, needed for bones and teeth. This also helps your teeth free from cavity.

Carrots help in maintaing outer layer of skin to avoid premature aging and helps fight freckles.

Spinach is rich omega-3s and folate, which are helpful in reducing the risk of heart diseases, strokes, and osteoporosis.

Walnuts are rich in omega-3s, anti-inflammatory polyphenols, and muscle-building proteins.
